Great hotel! They helped me out with a check-out issue. The app said check-out was until 10:00 PM, but the hotel told me it was 10:00 AM. Still, they resolved it for me, and I was able to check out at 4:00 PM.

Great location, but the overall stay was strictly average. The hotel is perfectly situated and very convenient to get around. However, the cleanliness, customer service, and room amenities were basic and could definitely use some improvement. It is a decent place to crash if you just need a good location, but do not expect a luxury experience.

Was a great stay!! Special thanks to the young man who was working the breakfast on sunday. He was rushed off his feet but handled everyone with a smile, kindness and couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you Ramada Suites.

The room smelled really bad and the window couldn't be opened. Breakfast was terrible; even basic coffee cost extra, and both fruit options were canned. The bread smelled off. The room was incredibly small – after putting down my luggage, there was no space to even turn around. The two Indian guys at the front desk provided mediocre service. They wouldn't accept cash for the deposit; it had to be by credit card. It took almost half an hour to drive into the city. It's relatively close to the airport and parking is free, and the hot water was good, but otherwise, there's nothing else positive to say. I had originally booked this hotel for my last night in Auckland too, but I cancelled it. One night was enough; I wouldn't recommend it.

Handy location, close to Manukau City Shops. Comfortable room. Breakfast adequate but small selection & the same everyday.

Was not bad for a budget business hotel. Good value for money. But I would not recommend for a family. Location, amenities and price seem to aim business people. As I said, not bad for one day sleep, but not so lovely if you are sensitive.
