Room is clean, furniture looks new. Bed is comfortable.
From the hotel the Britomart station will take around 15 by walking which is quite easy to go down hill. But come back with up hill can burn a lot of your energy especially it you carried with big luggage alongs.
Over all, still good place to stay in Auckland

Even if hotel view of the room is a little bit disappointed, the clean,wide,and mordern bedrooms and amenities are really great! I love luxury lobby view as well as fitness, and swimming pool! Its better to take a taxi to reach out hotel due to location. The hotel is located at the hill.

Location is great. Apartment size is reasonably spacious. Comes with a fully equipped kitchenette with washer and dryer.

Stayed for 4 days and by far it is a good location near cbd, breakfast is good. Just the day I checked out I have asked a courtesy to print my iterinary and theres a girl in reception who is very very rude saying " NO " to a customer,
As a suggestion, they sould put atleast one public computer and printer in the lobby, if they have issue with privacy, please be advise its is common for a traveler to have this kind of demand as we arent familiar with the place to find printers! To make your customer stay convienent please if theres a safest way you can help customer with other amenities that make sense like printing, we are travellers and its one of the requirement in the airport,
As a suggestion to the management,
Kudos to those two gentlemen in reception who help me with printings- Thank You, They are those kind of personel needs to keep! And deserve a raise.

This is nothing personal I just felt offended with the girl receptionist approached! I asked her many times if she is raising her voice, 2x and asked if she is mad.
The rest of my stay was quite and comfortable.

Stay was good, service was okay, was not advised that I will need to provide my credit card for them to keep during my stay. Toilet seat was damaged.

The check-in was smooth and quick very helpful. Unfortunately during our stay our dining experience was far from what was advertised and the food wasn't fresh at all we left very disappointed. The dining staff were not very understanding of our requirements and appeared to be out of touch with there job description.

Great location - within walking distance of downtown area and close to the university, but on a quiet road facing a park/garden. Has well-equipped kitchenette with washer/dryer but the room was not cleaned every day (I stayed for 4 nights).
