Quiet Neighborhood generally. Including in-house guests. Location to main shopping street very good. Housekeeping prompt and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is very good, and there are many restaurants around, including Thai and Italian, which are all very good experiences. Not far away is the Holy Trinity Church, the Rose Garden and the University of Auckland, about one kilometer away. The hotel service is great. We arrived at the hotel earlier than the reservation time, and the front desk let us check in smoothly. Luggage storage when leaving is also very good.

I arrived at 5pm on a holiday and there was no check-in person, so I had a bit of trouble checking in. Overall, it was clean and good value for money, but the facilities were a bit old.

The hotel does not provide basic services (water, room service), and the interior is not outstanding, but the cleaning is clean, there are many cafes around, and the location is good because it is easy to access tourist attractions.

We loved our stay at Quest Parnell. This was the third Quest we stayed in while in NZ and definitely the best. The 2 bedroom apartment had plenty of space for our small family and everything we needed. Parking is a little expensive at $29 per night. There is nearby outdoor parking for $10 if you don't need the convenience of the undercover garage downstairs.

Our room hadn't been set up as we requested, and we checked in after hours. The service was fantastic. Manager summoned and all fixed within 10 minutes. Reception and room service staff were excellent.

Very handy location just off the main road of Parnell, so quiet but any easy walk to plenty of dining options. Public transport is just down the road as well.
