We booked the most expensive suite in this hotel for 8 nights. However, the air quality in the hotel was very poor, and the cleanliness wasn't great either. There were many tiny prickly bits on the pillows, I'm not sure if it was something from inside them. After a few nights, my neck became itchy and swollen. The room was never cleaned. When we asked a staff member, they said cleaning only happens every three days. The front desk promised to arrange cleaning, but no one ever came. Then, the bedroom in this suite had no Wi-Fi signal, only the living room did. I contacted the front desk again, and they said they'd get an engineer to fix it, but nothing ever came of it. As for the air conditioning, the master bedroom didn't have any. The living room had an old-fashioned AC unit that was extremely noisy. During the day, there was a construction site downstairs, constantly throwing down debris with loud thuds. At night, the window insulation was poor, and the air conditioning units from upstairs and downstairs made a lot of noise. I measured it with my phone in the middle of the night, and it reached 55 decibels. Besides its good location, everything else about this hotel was terrible. It's definitely not worth four stars.
