Shower had cracks in the floor that caused me to have to step with caution in and out of the shower, bathroom door would not close without lots of force, there looked to be food residue on the side of the refrigerator, the toiletpaper holder was nearly falling out of the wall, and only one side of the stovetop worked

Worst hotel in Augusta.
Room was infested with bed bugs and cockroaches. When we told the front desk he laughed at us.

The room was a total train wreck, which may not have been that bad for normal Motel 6 prices, but for Masters prices, it was awful. The one saving grace is that the ladies who worked the front desk were awesome.

The mattresses (no mattress protector) were mouldy; the shower was mouldy and leaking; the floors were dirty (blood and insects); the room smelled of chemicals so much that it gave me a headache. My group had to immediately leave and find alternative accommodations. Please do not book at this place.

The staff are eager to help out and beyond accommodating,
5 out of 5 to the front desk, great service and excellent place to book when you’re in a pinch, passing through or just looking for a place to catch some z’s
This is a budget friendly place, keep that in mind before you start to go and be a super Karen. No frills type of hotel but great for the price!

I paid for 7 nights and when i arrived to the propert me and my children it was dark and the police was outside there is no lobby and you have to knock on a glass and talk through a speaker and finally a man came to the glass just to tell me no rooms were available it was 12:30 am after taking $418.00 of my money i was pissed....DONT BOOK HERE RUNNNNNNO

I would not waste my money or my company money there was roaches no heat and no room services for a week i had ro go to front desk for clean towels
