Good hotel with good location but poor check in , house keeping Much delay in check in process. Short of staff and untrained staff. Buffet breakfast good . House keeping need to improve a lot, old set up rooms , wash rooms need to be properly maintained Out of all VITS stayed all India , this was lowest ranking

Stay was good but breakfast is terrible. Only very few options and not upto the mark. Reception staff is very rigid, we have booked three rooms but they didn't allow us slightly earlier check in.

Extremely poor customer service from check in to check out. Old rooms, which are not maintained. Poor breakfast spread and quality, with very rude service from the restaurant staff. No enough toiletries in the bathroom. Shower area was dirty. Hardly any tea and coffee satches in the room. Overall a very poor stay experience.

Broken shower head, no glass door to bathroom, leakey flush system difficulty in turning lights on/off. No easily accessible switch for lighting. Common digital control switch and aged people cannot unserstand easily. Small letter in control unit makes us to search for on button of various lights

Had terrible experience of finding external particle (hair) in rice n idli on 2 occasions. Rooms are comfy but overall the experience was average.
