Awesome place great service team Amar,Firoze and entire staff. Breakfast though only veg is good and wholesome. Our trip was for 3 nights great inhouse club house with wooden indoor Badminton court.

Their recreation facilities are under maintenance. Swimming PH level is not known. High level chlorine and after dip eyes were burning. TV not working. No electric cattle in room. They should improve to match the category. Room balcony was dusty, flooring was dirty

Good Place to stay at Chhatrapati Sambhaji nagar, the city of gates. Food is good in taste and quality is excellent. In the area nearby airport, it is a good Place for our visit to area nearby in Chhrapati Sambhaji Nagar, like Ajantha, Elora, Shanisinganpur.

Excellent hotel and break yummy. Neat and clean hotel. Very closer to airport . Staff are very friendly. Washroom and room service are proper. Place are good near by. Food option are very good. Tea and coffee taste best

Perfect ambiance, prompt service, Pocket friendly,polite and obedient staff, Room was very spacious, Restaurant breakfast was good, Room service was good, House keeping was to the mark, Parking area was also big, Gymkhana swimming pool and steam bath was really good

The person at reception is so rude with no smile and keep speaking non stop. Reception is the first touch which needs improvement by hiring decent employee with some basic training. Incident sent to ***agement never reverted and nor any one came to room to understand the issue. Bad experience.

The overall package was a big disappointment. It is not worth the rates offered. The rooms are below average. The washroom had plumbing issues and after repairs also the problem persisted. The housekeeping was not very responsive.

Staff service not good and staff is very arogant type behaviour and basic infrastructure is very bad , lift service is not working at the point of check in time Meal not available after 10.30 pm So meal problem 😕 faced

Out stay was not good and hectic due very poor services after paying very high amount. They sent plates, water bottles after calling 2/3 times and came after 40/45 mins. For dinner when we called, they said they already had 40 ordered and it would take 1 to 2 hrs. We had to go out to bring food. This is the kind of services they have. There were some functions going on and looks like they were only worried about them not their room guest. Complementary breakfast was terrible. there were no plates, cups when we went for breakfast. Parking is very far from the lobby and there was no one to help. They listed lots of amenities, but when we asked about it, they said it would be available after 12 pm. I would not recommend this hotel at this price. Only rooms were specious.
