We selected this property seeing some decent reviews online. However, it turned out to be our worst experience. The hotel facilities and room are nothing to talk about, the breakfast spread is pathetic, room service is practically not there, the bed linen was dirty, the staff at the reception is extremely rude and arrogant. They will be after your life for the payment and that is the only thing they care about. Customer service and experience is ZERO and not even in their agenda. PLEASE AVOID STAYING IN THIS HOTEL EVEN IF THEY OFFER FREE ACCOMODATION. IT IS SIMPLY NOT WORTH IT.

It's good hotel for business trip , very small room and bed, but clean budget friendly and staff is helpful. Con is restaurant not good service but one can get food around Perfect for sleeping peacefully and work, they also allowed us early check-in

The room service was not available Amenities provided like tea bags etc not available fully Breakfast menu was not at all designed professionally Overally not value for money charged Room was clean including washroom which was a plus

The hotel is pathetic it is not what is seen the photos there is no proper room service, restaurant is not operational, no room cleaning done, simple toilet rolls are not given and the reason given is TOILET ROLLS ARE GIVEN ONLY TO FOREIGNERS AND NOT INDIAN, overall waste of money.
