We had booked this place on the basis of its location and the photos. Unfortunately it is very close to busy roads and the car park is very visible form the road. We didn’t feel that it was a safe location for our motorcycles so we decided not to stay. The staff were excellent about this and very helpful. The interior looked good, as you’d expect from an Ibis, and if in a car I’m sure it’s be fine.

Etape agréable sur la route d'Avignon , facile à trouver en sortie d'Aurillac, parkings extérieurs . Accueil courtois et souriant , chambre agréable et propre , literie correcte . Petit déjeuner varié et copieux si grosse faim matinale. Une bonne étape .

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans cet établissement, facile d'accès pour visiter Aurillac. Parking autour de l'hôtel gratuit. Les chambres sont très propres et de taille très correctes. Nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux de la part de la réceptionniste qui nous a accueilli ainsi que de toute l'équipe que nous avons rencontré. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est complet et de bonne qualité avec des produits locaux. Idéal pour une étape sur Aurillac, rapport qualité prix très bon.Merci à toute l'équipe de leur gentillesse, nous reviendrons.

Honteux!!! Incroyable!!! j'espère que cela n'arrivera à personne : la directrice de l'hôtel madame Alexandra Feuillard se permet sans en informer les clients de garder les coordonnées des cartes de paiements pour si nécessaire faire des prélèvements sans autorisation, c'est un scandale!!!

L' accueil est vraiment parfait, la chambre était spacieuse, lits confortables. Le petit dej copieux et bon, du sucré du salé. Hôtel bien placé et facile pour se garer. L' hôtel est ouvert 24 sur 24 . Avoir un réceptionniste est vraiment agréable pour des arrivées tardives .je recommande

Magnifique chambre, grande, salle de bain au top ; distributeur de savon et propreté parfaite. Petit déjeuner très copieux à volonté ; seul bémol pas d'ascenseur, dur dur les escalier quant on est chargé. Personnel au top, aimable et dévoué. Petit parking en pente devant l'hôtel non sécurisé, mais zone commercial très calme. Loin du centre ville, 15 mn à pied.

A noter sur ce séjour le super accueil du jeune homme ce soir là à la réception. Super sympa et à prendre de nos nouvelles. Idem pour la personne en charge du ptit dej très gracieuse. Au top ! Continuez comme ça. Sinon confort ibis classique sans fausse note. Chambre basique. Et côté buffet ptit dej, correct
