"Amazing hotel! We really felt the heart and soul that the owner put into the hotel. The breakfast was amazing as well! The owner cooked ala carte! Really recommend this place. The room was extremely comfortable, clean and the vibe was absolutely phenomenal! Only the AC need to be improved :) The owner was very welcoming and kind to us, 100% recommend to stay here other than the location which is far from the city, the overall staying experience is great. 非常棒的酒店！ 我们感受到酒店在细节上所投入的心思和精益求精。 早餐也非常到位！ 酒店老板曾经是甜品厨师，除了单点菜单，甜点当中的牛角包等的酥皮非常脆，实在难以忘怀。 房间除了卫生到位，也极其舒适，就是空调需要稍微改善。 酒店老板对我们非常热情友好，哪怕晚上8点半才到酒店，也不厌其烦等着！百分之百推荐住在这里。 除了地段不是太好，整体居住体验还是不错的。"

"We had an amazing time at this hotel! Every year, we come to Auronzo for a family ski trip, and this was our third time staying at Hotel Centrale. The owner and staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. They even gave us a discount on the ski passes! The hotel is spotless, with an attention to cleanliness and presentation. Our room was cosy and comfortable, with a recent refurbishment evident in the fresh smell of the wooden furniture. The views from the balcony were breath taking, overlooking the charming town and the surrounding mountains! Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide selection of breads, pastries, cheeses, and meats, along with freshly made scrambled eggs. Dinner is fantastic with diverse options for all tastes. Service is swift and executed flawlessly by attentive and friendly staff. The hotel itself is perfectly situated, with nearby amenities, shops, cafes, food markets. A quick 5-minute drive and you arrive at the nearby ski resort. 10/10 would recommend. If you're looking for a classic Italian hotel, with great food, friendly staff and great access to the slopes and beautiful views."
