The room was a little dated and the pool was not useable but overall the facility was kept up and the staff was friendly.

The property looks very old.

Location is good. Breakfast area is very small for a hotel of this size and the breakfast is very basic.

The bath kept dripping water. As for the breakfast in morning had something to be desired especially when the person is a diabetic

Chose the room with the hot tub to stay over night for our anniversary. The carpet in the room was so wet near the a/c that you could hear the water squish! It literally splashed me. The room smelled like cat pee. They say it wasn't like that earlier in the day. It smelled horrible. I wanted to leave and get a refund back to my ********** account because I had booked it using my points. They told me no and that there was no other rooms available in the whole hotel.
The refrigerator was barely cold and it sounded like something was running in it, loudly.

My room was dirty, I found the previous person who was using it receipts in the room. There were crumbs on the floor throughout the room. It was disgusting.

Customer service was rude didn’t speak say hi or anything. Threw the pen at me etc just rude rooms have cigarettes burns etc
