Great location with an enjoyable outside seating area with a huge pond and swings the dogs loved it. The staff are very understanding, everyone is so helpful and polite even the guest are a delight. Breakfast is always hot and fresh, rooms are clean so we are happy with our stay 10 out of 10 but the things I see myself comparing to the next hotel are
Waiting at the desk for 10/15 minutes for a staff member to come out gets irritating but maybe put a bell on the counter so the staff can be aware of the guests waiting
The pool is warmer than the hot tub
Shower felt like warm bath water on the 1st floor
The 4th floor smells like mildew and that’s the entire floor definitely wouldn’t stay on The 4th floor especially with a child

The hotel itself could use a renovation as there were some issues in the room that showed its wear. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast that was included with the room seemed to be fine although I did not partake as I wasn’t ready to eat so early. The staff at the front desk were quite polite and the shuttle driver we had in the morning to the airport was the greatest!

Flight was cancelled, so I had to book something fast. Booked here to utilize the shuttle which was super handy. Room was dated, but super spacious and clean. Fridge kept beverages cold. Hot water and good pressure. Id stay again

Trailer was broken into in the parking lot overnight. management was of no help. gym equipment was broken or didnt work well. enjoyed the breakfast

The room was much smaller, with smaller beds and no couch than was pictured and advertised. It also had a door that wouldn't lock. We were very dissatisfied.

I like how they let us stay an extra hour check out. I didn’t even know we’re pool was located. Nice size rooms.
