Please purchase travel insurance for coverage. • Trash: Please dump liquids into the sink and not into trash bags. • Smoking: Strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. • Critters: We have a regular pest control company that maintains the grounds. • Pets: ABSOLUTELY no pets are allowed in the property. If you are found to have a pet on the premises you will then be charged a $200 fee and be asked to leave the premises with no refund. This policy is STRONGLY ENFORCED • Check-In/Out: The bed may be left unmade with sheets and pillowcases left on. Used towels/washcloths should be placed in the bathroom bathtub. All trash should be put in the garbage can. Close all windows. Make sure the door is locked before you leave. Check-in at 3:00 PM. Check-out at 11:00 AM. We charge per hour for all requests for early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkouts. Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. Linens/Towels: Linens are provided, comforters/blankets, pillows, bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, bath soap, 1 roll paper towels, 1 roll toilet paper per bathroom, and trash can liners.
