It's an over rated hotel! What they advertise isn't what you get. It was a huge NCAA weekend for UT and the bar was never open. When i asked front desk, they replied with a smirk, "guess bartender didn't come to work today"! How unprofessional! The ice maker didn't work, the remote in room didn't work, the ac unit was hit or miss. Not to mention the beautiful view of the 1st floor rooftop..... would never stay here again.

The bathroom was not clean. There were **********s on the shower shelf and blood on the threshold of the bathroom door. We were not given hand towels and only one towel. There was hair in the drain that was not removed.

Just so so. I expected a little more from the Hilton brand. Common areas were super hot. Break in a sweat just waiting for the elevator. I didn't know they made such little pools, wasn't much bigger than ahot tub.
