There was considerable construction going on inside the hotel. Very unappealing environment outside of the room. A discount should have applied for that reason. Ice machines were not available on several floors. However, the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. I tried to call the desk, late ( 11p-12p) no answer. I had to go downstairs to communicate with the front desk. She was a very nice and informed person.

One thing didn't like. On the TV a line would appear constantly, Wifi connected Wifi disconnected. Kind of ruined the show.

Heads up on the construction would be better.
The lobby was under construction, and floor above my room was also. They should not have put anyone in my room as there was a grinding noise into the early evening both nights.

The hotel was fine, we were supposed to have 2 double beds and my daughter had to sleep on a pull out couch. The hotel is under construction.

Clean room and sheets, however the trash bins were still filled with the previous guest’s trash. I arrived after midnight and had a short stay so I didn’t fuss, to not bother the front lobby or guests sleeping. Still a detail that could have been avoided but I understand.
I did enjoy Starbucks in the same parking lot walking distance in the morning though.

Hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay, which was greatly needed due to current out dated conditions. Breakfast was average. Customer service was good.

Super nice young lady. Check me in, but yeah, overall, I came out of there. The next day feeling pretty badly because the mattress was awful
