Got a room for a convention and it was very clean and big! The staff were amazing and helpful. For downsides though with the refrigerator I had to refrigerate medicine and it stayed room temp

I checked in at this hotel the first thing I saw when I checked in was the carpet super dirty and not Clean at all the second day the AC was leaking and the carpet was all water I called the front desk about it and told me the will send the maintenance to look at it they came checked it and said this will stay like this we can't do anything for it and they left how it is leaking and carpet wet l had to put towels on top of the carpet and today I got to my room I saw like 3 crickets on the carpet and I went to the front desk told him I saw these in the room he was shocked and said I don't know where these came from and didn't nothing about it Of course it will be crickets all over the place coz it's its dirty and not clean And some lights are not working in the room and the shower its not that good Don't waste your money staying in this hotel

Everything about the room was perfect but the ac unit needs to be serviced i think, the heat stopped working, and ac unit took a little for the cool air to work

My new favorite hotel in Austin!!!! Clean, very comfortable, convenient, very comfortable bed, and self parking! Staff was very friendly. I will stay here again!

The hotel is fine, beds lovely. I would say some parts feel well used but it was perfect for us. Didnt eat breakfast so dont know. Its what you would expect comfy and clean

Cracks, stains and rips Needs updating badly!!! Balcony had no chairs and view was of front of hotel roof, parking lot, low income housing, businesses and highway. Our room had ceiling cracks, stained furniture and uncomfortable mattress. Light switches had black grime but somehow the room seemed clean otherwise. I bought a container of disinfectant wipes though as I’m a bit of a germaphobe. Room safe broken and not repairable per staff. On the plus side, front desk people were very nice and you can walk to a variety of stores and restaurants. We were able to check in early. Pool is surrounded by trees so as another reviewer said it is filled with leaves. We saw maintenance guy clean it and 10 minutes later leaves were everywhere. We swam anyway because the water looked clear and temps in high 90’s. Pool surface is also deteriorated, pool towels the size of hand towels. Everywhere we looked there were ripped light shades, stained rugs, cracked ceilings etc. Breakfast buffet offerings weren’t bad but air conditioning was out the last 2 days in the dining area. They could use more staff there as they couldn’t keep up with cleaning tables and hostessing even though they really tried. Common areas look better than our room. I think function rooms are probably decent and the core business. F1 was in town when we were there so room prices were high and hotels were pretty booked so we took a chance as the location was not too far from where our family event was. Would not stay there again.
