Older hotel which is about to be renovated. The lounge for Bonvoy members is closed. Good location - 10min walk to Capitol Hill.

Guess this is a new iteration of this hotel as it was listed as a Sheraton on our group tour itinerary. But I really liked my room: great view from 15th floor. Good included breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and yogurt. Comfortable bed with nice fluffy pillows. in room minifridge without the distracting minibar. staff were friendly and helpful at my stay. Location was optimal in the heart of downtown.

This is a good higher end hotel. The room was clean and quiet . Good showerhead and water pressure. We were on the 14th floor. 10-15 min walk to 6th street. Just know that Parking is $50 at this hotel. Pool and hot tub were unavailable due to remodeling.

This is nowhere near a Marriott Renaissance experience; maybe a Marriott Aloft, or Fairfield Inn. The decor of the room is modern, and space. The bed is probably to lowest Marriott quality for bedding and the sheets on the bed were horrible. Definitely not worth the price I paid for this room, especially on a weekday.

BEWARE! DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY 945001127 BEWARE! Hotel has tons of bad reviews on other websites, but somehow negative reviews aren’t showing up on Tripadvisor?!? I think they changed from a Sheraton to a Renaissance property recently and have removed the existing negative reviews….but this is the hotel. Check numerous website reviews before staying at this property! I can say this with complete honesty...I have never left a negative hotel review in my life. I travel a lot for work and probably stay in hotels 100-120 nights year, and typically chalk things up to bad luck or a tough day for either the hotel staff and/or myself. That's being said, this hotel has the most dishonest and deceitful management staff I've ever come across. If I could then zero stars I would. I don't have the inclination to go into detail or call out specific management staff…all I can say is don't stay at this hotel under any circumstances. I chose it based on its proximity to a work event and ignored the reviews...it was my mistake and it won't happen again. I don't understand how a property with so many negative reviews can still be associated with the BonVoy name?!?!
