Overall it was a very nice clean hotel, staff friendly and efficient. Only one criticism was that the pillows were too soft.

Perfect location to explore Auxerre, strongly recommend to those who have to stay a night in Auxerre.

Bon accueil , hotel moderne et propre, personnel réactif, Petit déjeuner correct dommage qu'à 9h plus de viennoiseries, Notre chambre avait vue sur la rivière c'était tres sympa, La literie etait confortable ,salle de bain fonctionnelle, mais nous avons eu très chaud car la climatisation était réglé a 22,5°mais impossible de descendre la température

位置很好，就在河邊上，走路過橋就是景點，Auxerre城市環境超預期，感覺很漂亮，風景優美。酒店免費停車，早餐也不錯。附近100多米有一家中餐自助餐，非常好。

The bigger sized room is spacious and well fitted out. very clean. The staff at this hotel are exceptionally nice.

Very warm welcome, top bedding for a good night's sleep and "triple glazing" (2 windows, one of which was double glazed, isolated the room from street noise)! My 2 children and I spent two perfect nights in a room for 3 that was large enough and very well insulated, which is rare in the city center. The plus: possibility of having a closed and secure garage and enjoying the city of Auxerre on foot! But if you don't want to pay the extra, you can also park your vehicle nearby, in a public car park. And 2nd plus: the very complete and very rich breakfast, which suits everyone (eggs, ham, turkey, fruit, vegetable milks alongside the usual pastries and other rolls!

Wir waren hier als Paar für 2 Nächte und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Balkon und Sicht auf die Stadt und die Yonne. Das Zimmer war für 2 Personen gross genug und bot zahlreiche Ablagemöglichkeiten und einen Schreibtisch. Das Hotel ist modern, hell und sauber. Trotz der Nähe zur Brücke ist es ruhig und die Schlafqualität war sehr gut. Das Frühstück hat uns gut gefallen, ebenso wie die Freundlichkeit des Personals. In nächster Nähe zum Hotel gibt es einen kostenlosen, öffentlichen Parkplatz. Dieses Hotel ist empfehlenswert und wir würden hier gerne wieder übernachten.

Arrivés en plein milieu de la nuit car perdus sur la route du retour, Lucas nous a accueillis avec le sourire faisant preuve d'un vrai professionnalisme et d'une réelle gentillesse. Grâce à Neïsha, également très gentille, professionnelle, patiente, efficace 💜nous avons pu manger vers minuit! Bien situé, facile d'accès - l'hôtel est propre, les chambres sont plus que correctes - le petit déjeuner est royal avec un vrai et bon buffet!! Bravo à toute l'équipe!!!

Bien situé, chambre exiguë mais confortable et propre, isolation correcte du bruit de circulation, petit déjeuner très complet et de qualité (Saint Nectaire fermier 😋) et bon accueil de l’équipe. Stationnement facile à proximité, dans la rue.

Bon accueil, hôtel bien situé. Chambre confortable avec une clim qui fonctionne bien. Un bémol pas de choix de pain au petit déjeuner.

Siamo capitati per caso in questo hotel perché abbiamo avuto un problema con il camper, abbiamo trovato pulizia e cortesia ma soprattutto comprensione e disponibilità accompagnata da un sorriso da parte di Leó dolcissimo e attento alle nostre esigenze e Elena che ci ha aiutato con il suo italiano.
