I opted for this hotel for my business trip, as it's conveniently located within walking distance of my company. The facilities are a bit dated, but they are well-maintained and clean, which I found acceptable. The front desk service was excellent. Unfortunately, I was too rushed to experience any other facilities.

A significant downside of the room was its location at a busy crossroads. Despite being on nearly the 30th floor, the noise level was still quite high. The sound of motorbikes racing off at green lights was particularly jarring, comparable to a plane taking off, and Bangkok's traffic often remains heavy until well past midnight. While this isn't strictly the hotel's fault, I'd strongly advise light sleepers to request a quieter room, perhaps one with windows facing inwards or away from the main road, and definitely avoid rooms marketed with a 'skyline view' (which overlooks Central Rama 9).

After extensive comparison, Avani emerged as the top choice among hotels within my budget, having the fewest and least severe negative reviews. This proved to be an incredibly wise decision. The hotel's location was perfect – very close to our exhibition hall, with fantastic convenience for both shopping and dining. I even managed to find a dress I loved at the adjacent mall and enjoyed some delicious durian right downstairs. The hotel itself was excellent: impeccably clean and exceeded my expectations. The staff were all incredibly friendly and responsible. I absolutely loved the hotel breakfast; the variety was impressive, and starting each day with such a satisfying meal was a wonderful experience. Having stayed at another hotel afterward, I can confidently say Avani was a superb choice. My only wish is that they had a branch in the city center, so we could continue staying at our favorite hotel when we're exploring!

Avani+ is an excellent hotel. This was my second stay, although in a different room category this time. I had no issues or complaints about the Junior Suite — I absolutely loved everything about the room, especially the view.
As a frequent traveler, I understand that the standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. However, I’ve observed a common practice in most hotels (including Avani+): after completing the check-in process, guests are told that the room will only be ready at 3:00 PM. At the same time, no one asks about the guest’s check-out time, flight schedule, or whether it’s their first stay.
When I explained who I was and mentioned my previous stay, the reception staff quickly arranged a room for me, and it was ready within 30 minutes.
My suggestion is this: if rooms are available, please don’t keep guests waiting unnecessarily - especially those traveling with children. Paying attention to such small details can significantly enhance the guest experience.
Aside from this, I genuinely loved everything about the hotel. However, I did notice that some reception staff didn’t seem very welcoming. They appeared rushed and somewhat disorganized, which can affect the first impression.

Overall, a great place to stay.
Thanks to the warm and friendly lady at reception, we felt so welcomed that we decided to extend our stay for another night.

The restaurant was also a highlight—delicious food and a lovely atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back!

Just a small note: when we went to get our key for the second night, the experience with one of the senior staff members was a bit disappointing—unfriendly and somewhat unprofessional. Honestly, if we had met them first, we might have reconsidered staying the extra night.

Still, overall a positive stay thanks to the great service and hospitality from the rest of the team!

Amazing stay. Despite being at the outskirts of Dubai, it has a really good connection to the city centre as well as airport by metro. The mall next door is authentic and impressive. The team did their best to ensure we had the best experience, including decorating the room for our anniversary, early check-in, late check out, and keeping our luggage while we explored Dubai.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities provided. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout my visit, always ready to assist with any requests. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. Housekeeping was prompt and consistent, and check-in/check-out was smooth and efficient.
There’s always room for improvement, but my experience was positive and I would consider staying here again.

If you want a clean, well presented, upbeat beach party hotel, this is for you...great staff and amenities, the food is excellent, access is ..very good, and secure.

Eating is quite expensive, there is a 10% service charge, and breakfast is 80 per person. The environment is not bad, and the drinks are also expensive and there is a service charge. Room average
