Sakli Cave House

One of the Perfect Cave hotels in Cappadocia. I love Avanos town.

We had a really nice stay here, Host at the reception helped us with everything including getting the day tour and atv ride booked Our hot air balloon ride booking was cancelled by klook but he was able to get us a slot the very next day Team is very responsive to any need we had Loved staying here and would strongly recommend to anyone visiting Capadoccia

The only nice thing about this hotel was the view from the roof terrace. That said, don't be fooled by the pictures of the ballon views, as they don't look anything like that and are pretty far away. Room was not very clean at all, mold on walls,dirty bedding, horrible bathroom with mould that really smelt ( no window or clean air) had to buy my own bleach to clean it. Same awful music playing day & night. Very noisy, very uncomfortable beds. Staff not particularly friendly. On arrival the lady didnt speak any English, didn't even try to use Google translate. Instead, as we were checking in, she asked another guest to translate for her, and she wanted to know what trips we wanted to book. She made him ask us twice, and we had just arrived.. .. Needless to say we made our own arrangements re trips and from that point felt like they had no interest as we didn't book with them. Def would not go back, couldn't wait to leave!

The smell is terrible, be nice if they removed the corpse from the bath room it stinks, when asked if they have bleache the answer was no. Some we prepaid for this, burn marks and dirty linen. No effort to exchange

It was a very nice experience for us. As a result of our research, we found this place.And we have no regrets, I recommend it to everyone They have very caring staff, they help you in every way It was also quite affordable for our budget...
