the location is so-so, the outskirts of the city, also on the rise. Of all that was, I can note the staff - very polite and tries to help with any discrepancy. The ventilation in the room does not cope at all, if you took a shower, keep in mind that dampness will stand all day and all the things that you have there will not dry out, including a towel. Ants are also present, it is better not to take any food with you into the room

The only nice thing about this hotel was the view from the roof terrace. That said, don't be fooled by the pictures of the ballon views, as they don't look anything like that and are pretty far away. Room was not very clean at all, mold on walls,dirty bedding, horrible bathroom with mould that really smelt ( no window or clean air) had to buy my own bleach to clean it. Same awful music playing day & night. Very noisy, very uncomfortable beds. Staff not particularly friendly. On arrival the lady didnt speak any English, didn't even try to use Google translate. Instead, as we were checking in, she asked another guest to translate for her, and she wanted to know what trips we wanted to book. She made him ask us twice, and we had just arrived.. .. Needless to say we made our own arrangements re trips and from that point felt like they had no interest as we didn't book with them. Def would not go back, couldn't wait to leave!

The smell is terrible, be nice if they removed the corpse from the bath room it stinks, when asked if they have bleache the answer was no. Some we prepaid for this, burn marks and dirty linen. No effort to exchange

I book 3 rooms 1 night There is some points they have to fix it -The beds are very poor quality too much noisy -Toilet are not so much clean and not design good i can't sit in toilet because very narrow and i can't stand my head is touching the sealing - The breakfast i like it very nice 👍👍 - the staff are very good 👍 - the view are nice and the terrace i like it

Excellent hotel! Very nice facilities and staff, with everything we need with the experience to stay in a cave for a few days. Very clean, with breakfast and good restaurant. Beautiful view especially at night for amazing pictures that I did not see in any other hotel! Nevertheless, very good tips and suggestions about what do you or not with good prices and honest!

Everything was very well, Staff was very helpful, they even helped us book for air ballons with a short notice (quite rare for ballon’s experience) It s located in the centre of Avanos, so you are close to free pottery making classes and very good food.
