Lady in front of desk very nice. Location was perfect and I guess that’s what you are paying for. As for the room it’s self, it was not very good. Carpets where disgusting. The shower in the bathroom didn’t work very well and had to hold shower head to stop it from constantly moving, toilet had water running all the time. Stained sheets. Poor lighting.

Como en muchos hoteles pagas por la ubicación que por la habitación en si. Me parece un precio demasiado caro solo por alojamiento. La habitacion lo que se espera de un 2 estrellas la camacon solo una mesilla de noche en un lado, un armario, una escritorio con silla y el baño, cabe decir que el baño estaba bien equipado bañera, baño, lavabo una mini estanteria y el bidet, y un secador demasiado antiguo funcionaba pero al tener que secarme el pelo era muy lento. Del restaurante no puedo decir nada ya que ni entramos, las comidas las hacimos fuera del hotel. El personal calido, amable y muy trabajador es lo mejor del hotel a mi parecer.

Un estupendo hotel donde alojarse para pasar la noche, tiene una habitacion muy confortable con todo lo necesario, una estupenda localizacion, a pocos metros de la catedral y unos responsables encantadores

Pagamos 108€ por noche en AD por un Hostal Residencia "justito". Nos alojamos en una habitación abuhardillada cuya venta en el techo no cerraba. .La ubicación era muy buena, eso sí. El desayuno, para los 5€ que suponía por persona, era muy correcto. Lo peor fue la persona que atendía la recepción, en primer lugar le preguntamos dónde podíamos aparcar cerca del establecimiento y sus explicaciones fueron muy escasas, el día que le tocó atender el desayuno había que repetirle varias veces las cosas para tratar de conseguir lo que querías. En resumen, por calidad, atención y que no se trata de hotel como lo venden, no debería costar ese precio.

Lo único bueno del hotel fue su ubicación. Muy modesto para pagar 139 euros por una noche de sábado sin desayuno. La habitación era abuhardillada y con una tronera carente de persona u otro elemento que impidiera el paso de la luz. Mobiliario súper anticuado. A partir de las 22 horas no hay recepcionista. Ofrecen servicio para guardar el equipaje y resulta que el domingo solo te lo guardan hasta las 15 horas porque después ya no hay recepcionista o conserje, con lo que nos causaron un perjuicio. Deberían avisarlo porque si no es publicidad engañosa. Nunca más volveré al Hotel Arco San Vicente

Volver a esta encantadora ciudad siempre es maravilloso En este mes, bien abrigado ,cuando el turismo no es un agobio poder pasear por sus murallas ( bien de día o ya sea en la noche) es todo un placer. Desgustar sus patatas revolconas, su buena carne y acompañarlo de un ribera del Duero no tiene precio
