They gave us the room which is not clean. Attitude of the night shift staff is terrible, she will call you at 2 am. Some of the amenities like lamp and elevator is broken or can’t be use.

It's just so-so. When I checked in, the front desk said they didn't receive the payment, and I paid more once, which was refunded later. The overall environment is OK, free parking is available, the bathroom shower is fixed in the hospital, which is very inconvenient, and the breakfast is OK.
