First of all we had a delayed flight, that caused that we nearly couldn’t make it to the hotel by 20:00, when the staff leaves. We were renting a car, but ran into some problem with deposit at the airport and was forced to take a 140EUR taxi. When we arrived, the following days we obviously wanted to see the city. We asked for taxi service, but they don’t have that. We were told there were no car rental options and we could take a private taxi, which costed 100 EUR for a 20 min drive. Fortunately we met some locals at the hotel, which talked to the staff for us, which are btw horrible at English. When he approached them, they suddenly knew of a car rental firm. We didn’t have a car for 4/7 days and its impossible to walk anywhere from there. They don’t serve food and they threw out our water bottles in the fridge, to replace them with their own that you had to pay for. I wouldn’t recommend unless you have a car, and don’t care about room service interrupting you meanwhile you’re at the toilet.

Nice clean rooms with bare minimum toiletries which are not replaced when cleaning, even if they are empty. Pool is nice but super small compared to the amount of occupancy which this resort can take, in fact we didn’t get to use it as it was overcrowded. The resort has parking which is super hard to carry luggages through as the ground is not flat but filled with small stones. You are not allowed to park in the parking having a flat ground even though we obtained permission from the receptionist. We were told off by resort staff. One of the receptionists spoke English which is a rarity and a plus. Even though resort rules state that resort is to be kept quiet, this resort is super noisy! Our room was near a table soccer and we couldn’t even take a nap in the afternoon with all the noise! No peace and quiet exists here. Pool area not wheelchair accessible. No restaurant but the resort has a bar.

What a great resort set in a quite area! We stayed there for a week with kids and had a great time. Rooms were very nice, updated, cleaned regularly, no complaints. The pool area was well maintained and the kids had a lot of fun there. They also serve drinks there and the sunbeds and umbrellas are free. There is only 1-2 restaurants within walking distance but you have to walk on the side of the road to get there. As there are no sidewalks, a car is definitely recommended. It's a great place to stay at and a good staring point to explore southern Sicily. Breakfast was included and we appreciated the quality of the food even though the variety was not that big. My only suggestion for this resort is to start the breakfast earlier. I would have preferred it at 7 and it only started at 8. The main reason being that by the time you eat and drive to the beach it is already quite hot.(we were there at the end of Aug). Other than that, Kudos for a great property and keep up the good work!

Abbiamo scelto questa struttura xche ci piacciono le cose intime e ben curate, la struttura è nuova le camere spaziose, per i bambini la piscina è il tocco in più, nonostante le splendide spiagge nelle vicinanze il tuffo non mancava mai. Il personale è molto disponibile, hanno sempre accolto ogni nostra richiesta. Le mandorle a colazione mmhhh eccellenti. Ecco magari per la colazione mi sarei aspettata meno confezionato, avrei immaginato qualche prodotto locale in più, sarebbe stato il top; non mancava cqe nulla c’era di tutto per tutti gusti. Spero di tornarci , consigliato

Bellissimo resort nuovo dai colori rilassanti. Piscina sempre pulita e con lettini molto comodi. Il personale e’ gentilissimo. La colazione è abbondante e comprende sia dolce che salato anche se consiglio di aggiungere cose fatte in casa e fresche. La camera pulitissima anche se troppo piccola per tre persone e scomodo il fatto che non ci sia il bide’. La spiaggia più vicina si trova a soltanto pochi metri… ottima la posizione per poter visitare Siracusa, Marzamemi…. C’è anche un bar in piscina ,una palestra e il parcheggio.

Location super nuova , molto pulita e servizio attento .. piscina veramente bella e spazi ampi con parcheggio interno .. la colazione è buona ma per il costo mi aspettavo un qualcosa in più .. un oasi tranquilla vicino al centro di avola… punto strategico per girare nella zona

Hotel 4 étoile correct ,service du matin parfait un personnel très gentil et à l’écoute chambre ,salle de bain très propre avec tout le nécessaire Piscine et extérieur très propre Liberté absolue avec le bip pour le portail automatique Situation géographique de l’Etna à taormine de Syracuse a avola toute la côte sympa , petit village marzamemi et prenez autoroute foncez jusqu’au scalle dei turcky et vallée des temples 2h30 aller et 2h30 retour mais ça se fait très bien dans la journée

Camere pulite. Colazione abbondante con tanta scelta, e buona qualità. La piscina è tenuta molto bene, pulizia in tutti gli spazi del resort. Non abbiamo gradito l’aria condizionata molto alta e vetri rigorosamente chiusi dove veniva servita la colazione, menomale che c’era la possibilità di portare tutto nei tavoli esterni all’ombra degli ulivi.

Siamo una famiglia di 4 persone e abbiamo trovato il resort informandoci su internet. Appena arrivati abbiamo notato cordialità e pulizia. Nel nostro soggiorno di 8 giorni abbiamo usufruito di una gustosa colazione, di una quadrupla stanza sempre pulita e ordinata grazie alle governanti, di una piscina e un giardino sempre ordinati e puliti grazie alla maestranza di Romualdo e una reception sempre disponibile per qualsiasi dubbio o richiesta. Non possiamo fare altro che consigliarvi questo resort per una vacanza in pieno relax. Saluti dalla Famiglia Fumarola, Puglia.
