Me (25) and my friend (21) are both avid skiers. This hotel for the price and location was absolutely perfect, it had all we wanted, a clean bed, a working shower and was in an absolutely golden location, had a pool table and a small bar area to chill out in.
With an only short 5 min walk to the ski lift this is absolutely perfect for people who don’t expect to highly and just want a bed & a working shower.

As someone who was in morzine to sleep, ski and explore this was the perfect place, whilst yes , it’s quite basic, the beds were comfortable, the shower was working with hot water and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. At the end of the day myself and my friend just wanted a bed and a shower and this was provided by this hotel. ( it also had a balcony with a great view of morzine!) So in short if you don’t expect Ultra luxury and just want somewhere to sleep and shower then this place is perfect and only a short 5 min walk to the lift! 100% worth the price

Stinkiest place I’ve been to. Photo attached of mould. Not a good place to stay. Avoid at all costs. Poor rooms, poor service. Poor food poor smell everywhere. No cleaning and mouldy shower/room. Bed also broken. Don’t bother ……………………………z

Great location, no lift but apart from that everything you need is available. At the end of the day it’s a 2* hotel but delivers above that.

Rooms are quite small ,beds are comfy
Bathroom is very small but the shower is fantastic
You can change towels every if you like but this self service at reception
Lotion is good for bus and 500 meters walk from le pleny lift

I was very happy during my stay, especially as I had read some negative reviews after making my booking. From the moment I arrived the staff were all very welcoming and happy to assist with any questions and asking me about my day on my return from skiing. The hotel is basic but my room was clean, my bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water & towels! The radiator in the room made it extremely warm, so just I turned it off apart from an hour or so on my return from skiing to dry my jacket etc. I plan on returning to Morzine next year and I would have no hesitation in booking again.

This was our first stay at Le Chablais. We requested a room on first floor as no lift. The afternoon check in is from 5pm and we did get a first floor room. Room was warm, clean and had adequate storage. Bed was comfortable. The location is very good for buses, restaurants and bars. We had breakfast which is extra. We would stay here again

Great location, great value, staff very helpful, would come back. Better than pictures on website. Would just like if rooms had daily cleaning and had some water on arrival.
