Arabella World Hotel

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE!! I give this hotel 2 stars and not the 4 stars they claim to have. Spent 7 days here from 17th April to 24th April 2024. Same food every day with absolutely no alternatives which was dangerously cold, bland and inedible. The 3 guys who were the shambolic attempt at entertainment staff (when they appeared) played extremely loud and offensive swearing music which wasn't suitable for the families around the pool area. It was so loud that you couldn't hear the person next to you. Their idea of entertainment was kicking a football between themselves around the pool area where people had to dodge the football as they played dangerously close to hotel guests. They only appeared 3 times during our stay and therefore no actual entertainment was given. The kids club didn't exist because of this. The was 1 evening show during our stay. The beds are like sleeping on solid stone and the air con gets switched off by the the hotel staff . All of the alcohol is watered down with at least 50% water. The beach bar is around 804 metres across a 6 lane road then down another road before you actually get to it and not the 200 metres as claimed by the hotel. Any alcoholic drinks at the beach bar have to be paid for which is unacceptable when guests had paid for all inclusive. Ice-creams, popcorn, slushies also had to be paid for which is disgraceful for all inclusive. The snackbar , which strangely was in the basement of another building, was only opened half of the stated times and they only served burgers which were of very poor quality and not fully cooked. The cleaning staff worked hard and did clean our rooms every day and we found 2 bar staff who were family friendly and polite. My wife and I go to turkey a few times each year and were extremely disappointed with Arabella World Hotel. Our advice is book somewhere else in Turkey instead

Ramazan bayramında arkadaşlarımla birlikte 3 gece konakladık. Yorumlara bakarak çekinerek gittik fakat olumsuz yorumlarla alakası olmadığını gördük. Yemekler ***et lezzetlidir, odalar temiz, resepsiyon çalışanları guleryuzlu. Otelin satış pazarlama müdürü Umut beye ilgisinden ötürü ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Yine görüşmek üzere

Arkadaşlarımızla iki oda olarak eylül ayında konakladık. Tam bir fiyat/performans oteli. Sahili incekum plajında ve mükemmel. İçecekler kaliteli. Sakin ve koşuşturmasız bir tesis. Odaların neredeyse tamamı deniz manzaralı. 2024 te tekrar görüşmek üzere.

Me and my wife booked a last minute holiday 2 weeks before we went I seen Arabella world it was reasonable priced for 11 days in October and we had been there twice before so we knew what it was like . All I payed was 770 all inclusive for 11 days what is very good. Nice big rooms clean ours this time was on the second floor in the round building. Food is not brilliant we found the food was better for us in the outside bit we always found something. You can drink beer or any drink from 11 to 11 . To get to the beach you have to walk out of the hotel turn left then under the subway turn right and walk about 200m down that road until u see there sign. There is a bar you can have soft drinks free but have to pay for the beer then above the bar is a snack bar you can have chips burger chicken nuggets or you can walk back to the hotel to have lunch. Breakfast is 730 to 10 the same as before the better food is outside omelettes fried eggs pancakes. The woman chief was ok the man chief didn’t like making omelettes so had to make him so he wasn’t happy. Every Wednesday there is a market turn right out the hotel then turn right walk down that little street then turn left and u can see it up the road you can get better bargains in the market than in the shops. If you want to walk to the shops and restaurants in the night you can walk the same way as the market there is loads of shops and restaurants down there or you can turn left then under the subway turn left and there is more shops there. If you want to go to alanya to left under subway then left u can catch the bus there to alanya central takes about 25 mins costs 2 euro there is loads of shops and restaurants there and if you want to go to manavgat where there is a massive market it takes all day to walk round it with plenty of bartering and bargains you can catch the bus right outside the hotel entrance or walk down the road there is a bus stop it costs 1 euros 70 to go there it drops you off at the bus station to get to the market just walk straight up the road it takes about 10 to 15 mins then for going back walk back to the same place show your wrist band and he will stop at the hotel. If you want to get something from a shop there is a little shop turn right out of hotel turn right again there is a shop that sells most things there. All in all for the price the hotel is not bad there is not a lot of choice for food it’s best to get in there early not late to get the best food but we would definitely go again as the hotel is very clean and value for money where can you go anywhere for 770 for to people all inclusive sun sea and loads of free beer.

Didn't know if i was in Russia or Turkey?!? All the staff speak Russian will little or no English spoken. They cater for the Russians and you can clearly feel the tension/divide in the atmosphere. Layout of the hotel is shocking, you have to come down through reception for a drink then across a bridge to the restaurant were they mostly serve fish and baked beans with onions!! Yes you heard me right, fish with baked beans. Drinks are poor, Tuborg, wine, vodka, gin, whiskey that is all. Cheap and nasty drinks with no tasty food to eat afterwards. Hotel is next to a Motorway so no rest from the noise and is 15 minute walk from the beach. Ive not had a bad holiday it just could have been made so must better but the atmosphere and the hotel really spoiled it for us. 3rd time in Turkey but usually visit Bodrum which is beautiful. Would recommend going to south east area rather than south west.

I booked this trip last minute. Having been turkey before, in fact I've been to Antalya two times now. I didn't bother to read the reviews as it was a 4 star hotel, I assumed it was going to be a decent experience. Never the less, to be honest this was one of the worst hotels I have ever been to. The food was garbage, same food everyday, no effort in making the meals no taste, cold. Staff useless not helpful didn't seem like they where interested in making the people welcomed. They only had one bar, and only one staff, the staff behind the bar where miserable didn't seem interested in serving the people. Also there was no entertainment what so ever not during the day not even in the evenings. Once we arrived they give us a information of what to expect each day, but there was no such thing. The rooms was not cleaned to a decent standard, the toilet was not working properly couldn't flush, the balcony door was broken wouldn't close. You would expect some form of music during the day at the pool side, but this hotel seemed like it was on a strike of of not putting no music on. Please if you are looking to go to this hotel think twice not worth your money or your time, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!! PS I even spoke with the restaurants and shop keepers near by the hotel to see there views on this hotel and they told me exactly what I was experiencing basically rubbish hotel not worth the money and time. 4 star, never more like 2 star hotel

Avoid!!!!# DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! Worst hotel I’ve ever been in Turkey Food was terrible same food everyday we had to eat out. No entertainment!! This is not a 4 star hotel!! It’s more like a 2 star

Not sure what people are complaining about really, we are relatively fussy but had a great time. Food was plentiful and fresh, rooms were clean and staff polite. Maybe it is how you treat them? Would happily return, great value.
