Great visit! Margaret, Dawit, Yonas, all the servers were amazing! Breakfast buffet was full of variety.
They even had a birthday surprise with cake for my husband!

Excellent services with exceptional staff, very good meals.....liked injera, the coffee ceremony was excellent, amazing friendly staff, the rooms are good and very spacious, very clean, lake view is exceptional, conference halls very well organized and spacious and secure as well

Great flavors on an Italian twist. Waiters and waitress was kind and patient. I ate lasagna, pizza and sweet potato. The kids Margarita pizza is large enough to share for two. The pancakes looked fluffy and delicious. They have many options.

Wonderful sunset in the wine bar. Very lovely garden with a lot of birds. Nice and big swimming pool (but a bit cold). Really good service. The best place to stay in Hawassa. Balcony in each room. Possibility to do a boat tour on the lake, where you can see hippopotamus, birds, and the Oromia fish market.

Best customer service. Not just in Awasa not just in Ethio, best customer service I’ve experienced ever. Everyone of them were so sweet, went the extra mile every-time. Very relaxing environment, I truly had the best time. Views were immaculate too. This might just me being a brat but water pressure could be better.

We have stayed many places in Hawassa, but this is our favorite by far. The facilities are beautiful and spotlessly clean. The rooms are incredibly comfortable. The grounds are just gorgeous. And the warm and professional hospitality cannot be beat.
