Location is perfect but Service and facilities was terrible

Great experience at this hotel very conveniently located to shops bars restaurants and beaches! We booked through last minute. Com 2 days before we arrived . Staff very helpful and attentive nice spacious rooms over look the large swimming pool definitely would book again !

Good hotell with great service. No problem for us to keep our rooms until our taxi arrived. They showed us the best restaurants for lunch and dinner.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was not a good one. While the place looks like it’s newly opened, it felt unprepared to welcome guests. The staff was rude and unprofessional, often seeming unsure of what they were doing. The room was okay in terms of size, but not very clean, which was disappointing. The pool looked nice from a distance, but up close it was clear that it wasn’t well maintained — dirty tiles and water temperature that didn’t feel right. The location was decent, but overall, the hotel didn’t live up to expectations.

Very good hotel with an excellent location. Clean, quiet, friendly staff, and the hotel manager will personally make sure your stay at the hotel will live up to any expectation.

Our stay at Ramada Ayia Napa was fantastic! Despite not having a booking, the reception staff were incredibly accommodating and welcoming. The managers went above and beyond to help when our family joined us, and Donna behind the bar was a delight. The hotel pools were lovely and clean, perfect for our little ones (4 and 6 years old). Our rooms had everything we needed, with a stunning sea view, and the grassy areas were great for the kids to play on. The location is superb, with shops, restaurants, and bars just outside, and it's a short walk to the harbour. We'd highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to come back!"

Fantastic location. Very big and comfortable room with sea views. Great pool with new sunbeds and umbrellas. Super comfy and massive bed. Luxurious bathroom. Nice staff (specially romanian man at reception Gavril). I will come again to Ramada Ayia Napa for sure!

This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. At best its a 2 star. All inclusive food was awful and very limited choice. Cleaning of the rooms seemed to be when they felt like it. Had to ask for the bed sheets to be changed after over a week of being their. The swim up rooms are the best part of the hotel by far. The main pools look lovely. However, in 2 weeks of staying at the hotel, I never saw them being cleaned once. In fact in the shallow end you can see all the algae on the grout which breaks off and is floating around the pool. The bar service is poor, and guests are constantly criticised for drinking too much by the manager. (4 small cups of beer or wine etc..) The hotel needs massive improvement and staff who look like they enjoy working their. The complex itself could have potential with improvements. However, it needs to decide if it's going to be a bed and breakfast or an all inclusive. (Which it's far from) Finally, the hotel completely lacks any atmosphere and having no entertainment doesn't help..
