The night we arrived the receptionist said there was nothing on there system for our booking but said we could stay in a room and we could talk with the manager the next day and next day we gave him our details and it got sorted and they gave us a extra lunch together with dinner, the staff were nice and helpful the pool was nice too breakfast was horrible and didn’t eat it

Came for the week here stayed in a beautifull room with amazing views, had some great coctails by the pool and views of this island is breathtaking. My first time in Cyprus but i will be back for sure. Special thanks to hotel staff for the great service!!

My experience at the hotel was extremely positive, the staff were friendly and accommodating, provided excellent service, the food was marvellous and the holiday was lovely, I'll definitely be coming back! The location was perfect and the attractions I visited were within walking distance, a really enjoyable holiday😁

This hotel has one of the best views ive seen for a while and i had such an amazing and relaxed holiday, enjoyed a lot the pool area and breakfast with such a variety. Rooms was decent cleans and the staff always happy to help around when needed! I would recommend this hotel with no hesitation!

Three star at best beds are like slabs of concrete Half board haven’t eaten anything other than breakfast and that is tasteless Stayed here for 7 nights half board double room two singles pushed together the worst bed ever we’ve taken to sleeping on the sun loungers at Nissi beach in the day breakfast is so bland but ok evening meals been down every night and every night we’ve gone out for dinner do not stay here it will ruin your holiday like it did ours

Very welcoming, friendly atmosphere. We were greeted as old friends and let in our room early as we had a very early flight. Rooms were clean and bright. Nice bath and shower. Staff will do everything and anything for you. Food nice, just repetitive as you would expect over 10 days. Lovely views, lovely indoor and outdoor pool. Central to Ayia Napa town and local night spots. Recommend!!! Thank you Michaela and Natalie on reception and the really lovely young person who ran the gym.

Firstly before we even arrived I emailed the hotel multiple times with a query we had about our upcoming stay and they just ignore you and never get back to you (other guests have also said this has happened to them). The staff are very rude and have no interest in their guests (apart from one man making the pancakes every morning at breakfast he was so polite and loves to talk to all guests). The so called lifeguard is the rudest man you’ll ever meet, he just sits there talking to people on his phone while rolling tobacco cigarettes yet he had the audacity to shout at my boyfriend in front of everyone for jumping in the pool even though there were NO signs whatsoever that jumping in the pool was forbidden (just diving - which he didn’t do). He shouted “hey you do you want me to say it in another language” being rude and sarcastic. You have to pay for wifi and it only works in the room or reception area it doesn’t work by the pool or by the bar so I had to use my mobile data even though I paid for the wifi. Some days the hotel doesn’t play any music at all around the pool so it’s just complete silence and when they do play music, it’s the same awful depressing cover versions of pop songs on a continuous loop every 5 songs. There is only entertainment 3 nights a week and it is very short and not very good (it’s either a singer or dancer). It’s so bad that most people tend to go out into Ayia Napa and find their own entertainment, which is what we have done every night as we had no idea how boring the hotel was when we booked which is outrageous considering we have paid all inclusive and we still go out every day spending money The food is average but not very good at all. You have to pay for the mini fridge in the hotel room - not just to consume the items inside but to actually unlock the fridge door! So you can’t cool your own food and drink without paying for access to your fridge. You also have to pay for the wifi, safe and bottled water. The sunbeds are awful and uncomfortable and some are broke. The hotel is advertised as being ON the soft sand beach when in fact the beach it is on is a rocky beach that is only used for fishing and you have to walk 10 minutes to get to the soft sand beach where you are able to sunbathe and you have to pay for each sun bed. After being here 2 days we went and inquired about a late check out for in 5 days time because we knew they might not have availability as normal hotel check out time is 12pm and we were getting picked up at 6pm. We were told to come back and check again the next day which we did, just to be told again to come back and check again the day after and this happened every day until the morning we were leaving for them to say there was not ONE room available for us to have for a late check out as our transfer wouldn’t be picking us up for hours. This left us with no room or shower for 6 hours forced to just sit around in reception. Genuinely the only good thing about this h

So myself and a friend with my goddaughter her daughter whom is 8, booked all inclusive with this resort. Arrived at 12.15am to check-in and be given room card, to be told you have to pay for WiFi. Which states its free. Also asked if any food was available, was given 3 sandwiches with just ham inside. Once we got to room, was surprised that arriving so late we had no bottle water, was told there is 24 hour shop across the road. But I insist he give us at least one bottle. Next day I paid 25 euros for 7 days of WiFi, as was informed the night before had to be paid for, which I realised at end of holiday wasn't needed as could've used basic. The entrainment was only a couple of nights. One evening didn't start till 10.00 finished at 10.15. The staff were polite and friendly. Even though we went all inclusive we ended up eating out a few nights as food is basic. Not a great selection of buffet food at all. Bottle water isn't included in drinks package either, considering all inclusive you would think it was. Checking out we had to be out of room by 12.00, so we put our suitcases in hold room. But then was told after 2.00pm wasn't able to eat or drink unless we pay, considering we wasn't getting picked up till 5.55 I thought this was out of order. Especially with a child.
