Enterkine Country House Resort

From the minute we booked our wedding the team at Enterkine have been fantastic. They were so attentive and the staff worked so hard. We really could not have asked for a better weekend in a better setting. Every single staff member was very friendly, fantastic accomodation and great food. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. They made us feel extremely special and we have made a lifetime of memories in our short stay at Enterkine. If you are looking for a venue to have your wedding at Enterkine is the place. The expansion in the place has been huge over the past couple of years and it's only going to grow more. Thanks again for a great weekend.

Stayed at The Stunning Aspen Lodge! It was absolutely incredible, The lodge was full of amazing details and decor, It was so comfortable and had everything you would need!! The jacuzzi was so relaxing in the peaceful countryside surroundings. The staff at Enterkine are so welcoming and helpful with any needs, such lovely people, very down to earth. There is a lovely walk just beside the lodge where you can enjoy the nature views. The whole stay was out of this world!! Would 110% return!

Just attended my niece and new husband’s wedding, 17th April. Absolutely perfect and wonderful stay. We were in The MacKay room, the room is stunning, so large and spacious with everything you could need - fabulous. We dined in the private dining room on the evening before wedding. Such a lovely evening. The meal was delicious, lovely setting. Excellent service. The wedding itself was flawless, the coupled had planned everything to perfection and the friendly and helpful staff were on hand for everything. First class experience…

Shocking service for a 4 star hotel,was attending this hotel for a potiental wedding venue for ourselves, we recieved a gift voucher from a friend with value. When we arrived slightly later than expected, we asked Sharon at reception when checking in could we move our dinner reservation, to be told NO. We were told that due to a wedding the following day that the restaurant/bar was going to be used by the wedding party at 7pm therefore we could not come for dinner at a later time. We explained that we felt from the minute that we had arrived we were not welcome because we were not part of the wedding the following day. We asked to move rooms, for something bigger to give us somewhere to go after dinner as we didn't want to intrude in someone's pre wedding party, Sharon then proceeded to tell us that enterkine house mostly caters for weddings and not really for couples, which was highly evident. She then proceeded to tell us that the price we had been quoted for our room was wrong and we had been given the room rate of a wedding guest, and therefore a further charge of £35 would be added, the receptionist stated "u have plenty money on your vouchers to cover it anyway". After some deliberation the original price was honoured. Arrived for dinner to an empty resturant, the two gents serving were very nice, explained that the menu was very limited, because they mainly cater for weddings and too much produce was getting waited. We heading to our room around 8pm as we felt misplaced didn't want to intrude on someone's night. Upon arrival to room the television didn't work. Went down for breakfast, no staff there to greet you, buffet style breakfast served in a bain marie, food was freezing no eggs or beans. Shocked for a 4 star hotel. Will definitely not be back let alone booking wedding here,would advise again visiting here unless u are part of a wedding party.

Great night away with the family at Enterkine. Fab service, food and our room was ideal with everything we required at our disposal. We look forward to returning soon, especially when they open their new spa and gym later this year or early 2026.

I recently stayed at the hotel and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were a credit to the hotel, always friendly, happy to help and the food was amazing. I will definitely be back again as it was great value for money!
