Everything about our stay here was perfect from start to finish. The restaurants are amazing and the daily variety of activities gave us something to look forward to at all times. Above all , the kind and friendly staff made our experience one to remember. Pet-friendly hotel. We love the service, they always treat you as a family.

We stayed for one night just to experience the life in La Union for a short time. The hotel is very clean and has a unique design of interior. They offer 2 restaurants inside the hotel and they are pet friendly! However, the price is too expensive for a small room.

This hotel is recommendable for those who like to chill and unwind because it is located quite far from the beach party area. The rooms are nice and clean. 5 ⭐️ for the ambiance and aesthetics. Double thumbs up for they offer buffet breakfast and they have spacious parking. The bar upstairs is good also for nightcaps and Friday night music. Staff are accommodating as well. It would be nice if they can provide shuttle going to the center.

(Family with 2 young kids) Style-wise, impressive for a hotel in the province. It looked like a hotel in a big city. We booked the Balai Suite and it also did not disappoint considering we usually book suites at 5-star hotels in NCR. The suite was spacious, bed and pillows were very comfortable, equipped with smart TVs & nespresso. We wanted to have dinner at Vista but we were told that children are not allowed. Since it was a weeknight and no one was there, I think they could have let us dine in. We opted to just have the food delivered via room service instead. Breakfast and breakfast area are very good. Wifi was poor but it was fixed very fast. The staff are helpful too. My only complaint is upon check out, the staff asked me (with a hint of suspicion that we took it) whether Housekeeping took out the 2 very regular white coffee cups in the room when they were just in the sink.

I gave 5 over 5. My experience here was good and happy. I can say that I am a satisfied costumer of Patio By Balai Norte. The employees are good and they have a good communication with their costumer. I will come and visit again this place with my family and friends.

From Check in to Check out, Patio never failed to provide the very best service for me and my friends who visited San Juan. Their rooms are adequate, the staff are definitely hospitable and they provided us exceptional and quality assistance during our stay. They have a shuttle to the parking lot. They are professionals, really! Most importantly they always greet you with a large smile everytime you go in and out. The vibe is warm and all throughout the duration of our stay I felt I am home. Lovee ittt!🩷

My stay at patio by balai norte was very comfortable and lovely. Staff at front desk are very helping. Ms Verne and Ms Michelle has provided us excellent service. Both are very supportive. Rooms are also very peaceful. Building is well maintained and Housekeeping staff is also very cooperative.

We had a lot of fun staying at Patio. The staffs are accommodating and very hospitable. The rooms are nice and clean. The design and the ambiance of the place is so relaxing. Easy access because it is along the highway and has a wide parking space. Highly Recommended!
