Ich hatte zum wiederholten Mal das Vergnügen, eine Woche im Kunzmanns Hotel zu verbringen, und es war wieder einfach fantastisch. Alle Mitarbeiter kümmern sich herzlich um das Wohlbefinden der Gäste und gaben mir wieder das Gefühl sehr willkommen zu sein. Die Ausstattung meines Zimmer war prima, komfortabel und gepflegt und die Lage am Kurpark bot einen tollen Ausblick. Und auch der Wellness Bereich hat mit neuen komfortablen Lounge Liegen gewonnen, auch wenn noch mehr Freiluftbereich und ein Tauchbecken im Saunabereich noch mehr Wellness Möglichkeiten bieten könnte. Ich bin gespannt, was sich den Gästen beim nächsten Besuch bietet. Die Krönung meines Aufenthalts war die Ayurveda-Kur. Unter der fachkundigen Anleitung der Ayurveda-Therapeuten erlebte ich eine ganzheitliche Erneuerung von Körper, Geist und Seele. Die Anwendungen waren großartig und unglaublich entspannend. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die individuelle Betreuung und Beratung, die ich während meiner Kur erhielt. Die Therapeuten gingen auf meine persönlichen Bedürfnisse ein und haben mir ein tolles Erlebnis bereitet. Das Kunzmanns Hotel und die Ayurveda-Kur kann ich sehr empfehlen. Wir sind als Paar am Freitag Abend angereist und wurden auf dem Weg dorthin schon angerufen, wo wir den bleiben würden, da das Abendessen schon in vollem Gange wäre! Da sich das Kunzmann´s Spa Hotel nennt ist es mir unbegreiflich, dass man nur eine feste Zeit fürs Abendmenü hat. in dieser Hotelkategorie ist es selbstverständlich dass man von 18.00 bis 20.30 Uhr zu variabler Zeit zum Abendmenü erscheinen kann-was hier nicht der Fall ist! Die Freundlichkeit des Personals lässt noch reichlich Luft nach oben zu...besonders geärgert hat uns die Absage der Stellvertretenden Restaurantleiterin als wir fragten ob wir als Empfangsgetränk statt Sekt eine Saft erhalten könnten....das machen wir grundsätzlich nicht!!!! Sowas geht für eine Sterne und Spa Hotel in diesem Ton gar nicht!!! Hier sollte sich der Chef des Hauses grundsätzlich mal überlegen, ob er nun ein Tagungshotel ohne Service und Engagement sein will oder ein Spa Hotel welches seine Gäste wieder sehe will! Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt ist die Außensauna....auf der Internetseite des Hotel super präsentiert mit Garten und Tageslicht....in der Realität eine Hinterhofsauna im Keller mit absolut keiner schönen Aussicht!

Wir haben ein Wellnesswochenende als Freundinnen im Kunzmanns verbracht und ab der ersten Sekunde an haben wir uns wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel ist wunderschön und alles fügt sich sehr gut ein. Aber vor allem ist der Service ist der Wahnsinn. Wirklich alle Mitarbeitenden sind unfassbar freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Abendessen sowie das Frühstück sind hervorragend. Das 4Gang-Menü ist unfassbar lecker und abwechslungsreich. Die Teller sahen so toll aus! Das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut und regional. Die Spa-Anwendungen waren ebenfalls himmelisch. Der Wellnessbereich ist gemütlich und schon eingerichtet. Es gibt eine finische und eine Bio-Sauna, eine Infrarotkabine und ein Dampfbad. Auch der Pool ist gut. Für ein Wochenende absolut ausreichend und sehr schön. Was mir noch aufgefallen ist: es ist alles sehr sehr sehr sauber. Keinerlei Schmuddelecken, es wird viel Wert auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit gelegt, das habe ich sehr genossen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt.

Es war ein sehr relaxter, angenehmer Aufenthalt wobei wir die meiste Zeit in dem sehr schönen Wellnessbereich verbracht haben. Sehr gutes Essen und eine außerordentlich freundliche Atmosphäre. Die Anlage ist nicht die Größte aber sehr stilvoll gestaltet.

Das Team von Kunzmann's Hotel war den Gästen herzlich, nicht nur professionell zugewandt und äusserst hilfreich, wenn Fragen auftauchten. Das "Zusammenspiel" des Ayurveda Angebotes und ihres Teams mit dem Hotel war nicht nur reibungslos. Die gegenseitige Wertschätzung war für uns spürbar. Davon lebt der Ort.
