This is not a 5 star hotel, not even 2 star. The room was 37C unbearable and actually made me ill. Quality of food was Ok but very limited choice. At least my kids now know what an old peoples home feels like, so won’t ever put me in one

The food has deteriorated dramatically, both in terms of selection and taste. Prices have nevertheless increased! The new hotel manager's modernization measures are half-hearted. The clientele is massively aging, and there's no new, younger clientele coming along!

We booked a family suite. The room was terrible; since it was on the mezzanine floor, it was very cold. The sofa was worn and terribly old. The rooms exude a 70s charm. In the corridor leading to the room are seminar rooms, with countless participants standing in front of them. You have to walk past them to the end of the corridor to get to the dark room. The bathroom doors are so narrow and small that unobstructed entry is impossible. We will definitely not be returning to this hotel.

Not much of a sight from the outside, but as the saying goes, "Don't judge a book by its cover." The old-world charm is more than compensated for by the extremely friendly and courteous staff, and we even had a good laugh with them during an elevator ride. Breakfast, restaurant, and bar left nothing to be desired. The rooms are spacious, and the toilet is unique; it even has an armrest 😂, only for those over 190 cm tall 😆! The many antlers on the wall in/on the way to the restaurant are depressing, but they're also an integral part of the Harz region. We spent two wonderful days here.

Wir wurden bereits der Ankunft sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Restaurants bietet sehr gute Qualität und sehr guten Service. Wir haben uns im Revita wieder sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wieder kommen.

Wir haben hier mit der Familie den 80. Geburtstag meiner Mutter gefeiert. Alle waren sehr zufrieden. Tolle, sehr schön renovierte Zimmer, schönes Bad mit Rituals Produkten. Leckeres Essen. Besonders hervorragend ist das Buffet im Restaurant „Hirschfänger“, aber auch das Menü im „Kurpark“ und das Frühstück waren super. Das Personal angefangen an der Rezeption bis zum Servicepersonal ist freundlich und kompetent. Wir hatte tolle Tage und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten 3 tolle Tage in dem Hotel mit Verpflegung. Alle war sehr sauber und das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer war zwar eins von den älteren, aber sauber und gemütlich.
