The hotel is a bit old, but you can see how luxurious it was in the past. This time we can only stay at this price during the off-season.

The hotel is in a very quiet location next to a park, but you can still get to the center very quickly on foot. Breakfast was plentiful, but unfortunately the swimming pool was not available. The room met expectations. The staff was friendly.

...I was worried about the food but there was a great selection at the buffet (vegetarian and vegan) and it tasted great.
The seminar catering in between was also very tasty and varied.

This was a stop over stay for me travelling from England to Czech. The check in staff were freindly and helpful. The bar staff were great, professional and funny. The room was spacious and very clean. Comfy bed and high pressure shower. The grounds of the hotel is worth a look around. The breakfast buffet was stocked full of a good variety of foods and drinks. The dining staff were also helpful and kind.

The worst hotel I could have chosen. The WiFi didn’t work. The staff told me it was because I was on the fourth floor. So why didn’t they warn me at check in. Couldn’t use my mobile phone either so the staff suggested I sat in the foyer if I wanted to go online. Room was cold. No extra blankets but they did give me a portable heater. There were two beds in the room so I used the other duvet to stay warm. No ceiling light and no plugs sockets spare so had to unplug table lamps and floor lamp to charge my phone and boil the kettle. I was getting dressed when housekeeping tried to come in at 9:07 am. Unbelievable that they couldn’t wait until I checked out. Would never stay there again. No response from the General Manager whom I emailed 2 days ago!

Huge hotel set in woodland. Conference going on had great trouble getting parked. Once parked you walk down a slope to the hotel. Disabled parking beside normal parking but blocked by a skip. Strange room. No TV reception. No fridge. There was an air con machine but it was so noisy to use. In the bathroom there was no place to put shampoo, body wash etc except on the base of the shower. The shower flooded and water ran under the door but obviously not a new problem as bottom of the door was warped. Had to use towels on the floor to avoid slipping. No good when you have mobility issues and are older. Not much personality from reception staff. No information volunteered re restaurant etc. There appeared to be some kind of buffet containers outside all containing food and open to the flies but nobody about. The town is around 2 mins away once you leave the hotel where we chose to eat in a lovely Vietnamese restaurant. Fantastic meal. Breakfast. Such a long walk along corridor once you leave the lift. Buffet was good with a varied selection. Well staffed and clean tables.

I was there for a conference and then stayed on a few more days - it's a beautiful hotel with so much personality! The staff is great! The few frustrations I had were because it went from being a conference center to a much quieter hotel, so some things were no longer available and that hadn't been explained to me. Also, I had booked a massage in the spa, but they ended up cancelling through no fault of their own. They were gracious about it. Great pool and sauna experiences!

We were in the hotel with a family (two adults and a child), located in a one-room suite. At the request, an extra bed for a child was put in the room, a man, a Turk by nationality, put the bed. Poorly made bed, no extra towels provided. Because of the extra bed it became, though a little cramped, but it did not stop us. The room, like the hotel itself, seemed to us cozy but dirty. The linen in the room was not fresh and the towels were not changed regularly.
