We stayed one night, family of 4. It cost €550 for one night, which did include breakfast and dinner and entry to the thermal baths but the room was tiny. The whole place felt slightly stuck in the 80s with garish colours. Room was clean. Food was edible but a week later I can't recall what I ate so it clearly wasn't memorable. Everything feels quite prentious and trying to stand on ceremony rather than allowing you to relax. Kids enjoyed the pirate world and best thing was the warm water. Overall, wouldn't rush back or recommend when we stayed in some amazing full board hotels not far away for a similar price.

Die Thermengutscheine sind nicht das was sie versprechen und in der heutigen Zeit der Computer ein NO GO! Gutscheine können NICHT online eingelöst werden und somit kann man auch keinen Frühbucherbonus oder andere Packages nutzen. Ich bezahlte somit für 2 Nächte um € 50,00 mehr al meine Freundin, die am selben Tag ein gleichwertiges Zimmer zur selben Zeit buchte! Gutscheine sind auch Geld! Und jede kleine Firma kann Gutscheine online einlösen, was bei einem Thermenkomplex wie den Eurothermen somit auch möglich sein sollte - denkt man! Es ist reine Geldmacherei - also Finger weg von diesen Gutscheinen!!!! Ansonsten war die Gastronomie hervorragend, die Zimmer..... sauber, das Angebot top und das Personal sehr freundlich! Die Kritik geht daher rein an die Führung, das Management!

Tolles Hotel saubere Zimmer Das gesamte Bad ist traumhaft schön und die Therme natürlich auch Das Essen war super das Gänge Menü und das Kinderbuffet auch. Frühstücksbuffet ist eine gute Auswahl und für jeden was dabei Ein Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden

Wir waren 3Tage, 2Nächte im Paradiso. Beginnend bei der Rezeption: Die junge Dame beim Empfang war kompetent und sehr freundlich. Das zugewiesene Zimmer konnten wir um 15h beziehen. Es war ausreichend gross und sauber. Der hoteleigene Wellnessbereich ist sauber und gross. Absolut ausreichendes Saunaangebot in diversen Ausführungen. Wünschenswert eventuell wären geführte Aufgüsse. Auch einen Nacktbade Pool hätte ich mir gewünscht. Dies bekäme man jedoch im angrenzenden Aquapulco geboten. Dort ist es jedoch Schluss mit "ruhig". Zur Kulinarik: Das Frühstück läßt keine Wünsche offen. Nachmittagsjause mit div. Aufstrichen und Kuchen sehr schmackhaft. Abgegangen ist mir vielleicht ein Supperl. Abendessen: Gute Auswahl, sehr schmackhaft, Haubenverdächtig. Fisch und Entenbrust auf den Punkt gebraten und gegrillt. Zum Abschluss: Das Personal, beginnend beim Empfang, im Wellnessbereich, im Speisebereich, die Reinigungsdamen, Massage, durchaus freundlich lächelnd. Man hat als Gast den Eindruck, dass hier gerne gearbeitet wird. Können das Paradiso absolut weiterempfehlen. Anmerkung: Man bezahlt auch dementsprechend die angebotene Leistungen.

Die Zimmer sind wie auf der Homepage beschrieben. Das Frühstück war ok, leider muss man bei dem Kuchenbuffet und sogar beim Frühstück immer für den Kaffee extra bezahlen. Service ist zufriedenstellen, das Essen ist gut aber nichts Besonderes. Im Vergleich zu anderen Thermenhotels eher Unterdurchschnittlich. Die Sauberkeit in der Therme lässt leider zu wünschen übrig. Es gibt im Service Mitarbeiter die nicht genügend Deutsch sprechen. Alles in allem ein netter kurzer Aufenthalt.
