Wir waren im Sonneck leider gar nicht zufrieden. Der Service ist weder zuvorkommend noch freundlich. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommnen und das Personal sichtlich überlastet und daher auch unfreundlich. Preis Leistung stimmt in keinster Weise. Der Badebereich ist baufällig und auf keinen Fall erholsam.

Diese Bewertung bezieht sich nur aufs Frühstück. Meine Frau und ich haben den Gutschein von Schlemmerblock genutzt um das folgende Versprechen einzulösen: '2 Frühstückbuffets zum Preis von 1' . Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber nichts Außergewöhnliches. Allerdings waren wir doch sehr überrascht als wir für das ziemlich normale Frühstück €30 zahlen mussten. Wären wir ohne dem Gutschein dort gewesen, hätte uns das Frühstück €60 gekostet. Hier stimmt das Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis in keiner Weise! Auch der 'Schlemmerblock' hat uns tiefst enttäuscht. So ein Reinfall!

Die Kopfkissen sind nicht akzeptabel. Das Servicepersonal spricht z. T. nur englisch. Das Schwimmbad hat nur ein kleines Fenster um ins Freie zu blicken. Die Terrasse bei der Sauna ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück ist reichlich, jedoch vieles ist Tiefkühlware und nur aufgebacken, ebenso das Kuchensortiment könnte von einem ortsansäßigen Bäcker sicher verbessert werden.

Wellness- Wochenende, Nutzung eines Sonderangebotes. Zimmer sauber und ruhig. Massagen können dazugebucht werden, müssen jedoch extra gezahlt werden. Im Wellness- Pool gibt es Nutzungs- Stosszeiten. Ausgedehnte Spaziergänge im Umfeld möglich. Gesunde Ernährung nimmt man hier ernst. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Kinder profitieren NICHT vom Wellnessangebot und zahlen für das Abend- Menue extra.

Hallo, Kurzuslaub mit Familie in diesem schönen Hotel, mit sehr nettem Personal. Starten mit einem Klasse Frühstücksbuffet und abends Vorspeisen, Salate, Suppe und Nachspeisen vom Buffet und leckerem Hauptgang aus der Küche, super lecker ! Der SPA Bereicht mit großem Schwimmbecken und mehreren Saunen, Ruheräumen usw. ist auch sehr schön gestaltet, zum genießen ( allerdings könnte die Öffnungszeit der Sauna länger als 20 Uhr sein, denn von 18-20 Uhr ist ja Abendessenszeit ... ). Alles zusammen: gerne wieder verwöhnen lassen im Vitalhotel Sonneck !!! MfG. Harald.

Zimmer war sauber,jedoch mit Teppichboden ausgelegt,Bad etwas klein,Badtüre aus Milchglas mit hohem Spalt zum Boden hin. Personal freundlich jedoch total unterbesetzt. Lange Wartezeiten in der Kaminbar bis man etwas bestellen kann. Silvestermenü war enttäuschend (Portionen viel zu klein und nur noch lauwarm!) Da wir keinen Hund haben,waren die Hundeschleckerli auf dem Zimmer fehl am Platz!!

Dies war echte Abzocke. Dreckiges Zimmer, Silberfischchen im Badezimmer, eine Aussicht zum schreien. „Fach“personal im Service ist eine Zumutung. Optisch schöne Bar, aber unterirdischer Service. Die Betten knarren. Spinnweben im Zimmer. Dreckige Gardinen. Ich weiß gar nicht wo ich hier was positives gesehen habe. Es gibt mit 100 prozentiger Sicherheit für den Preis wesentlich besser Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in Bad Wörishofen. Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen sich eine andere Bleibe zu suchen,
