The customer service was very friendly. The hotel location was perfect. The room is very clean and has a nice bed. We had a good sleep. I would highly recommend it.

It was very nice because it was located in the center.
It was good for eating and shopping, and the location was the best.
The breakfast was also good for a quick meal.

It was great from the start, I lived here for 16 years and this was the first time I've stayed overnight in my hometown. Great service. Breakfast was amazing. You can't really say more than great.

We really enjoyed it and would like to come back, but we urgently request clarification of the following:
PARKING FEES. The car was in the hotel car park for 20 hours and it cost us €22.50, which is absolutely unacceptable.
As a hotel guest, I expect a different solution. This needs to be clarified with the city administration.
