Month of stay: August 2022 Negative points: Reception closed at our announced arrival (1:30pm), no welcome, no key ready. Reception closed at 6pm, no restaurant in the hotel, no advises. Reception closed at 11am (departure) not even a box to restitue the hotel key. Wifi not stable in the room, reception closed, no one to complain to. No restaurant for dinner. No pool, the hotel delivers an useless"free" hour extention ticket at the city therms, that means you have to pay € 11.-/personn for the the first two hours.... Positive points: Very nice breakfast, well diversified and fresch products, staff extremely friendly. Conclusion: we love this area and will definitively look for another hotel next time.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage am Ortsrand, Zimmer mit Blick in die Weinberge war super. Betten top, Frühstück war auch gut. Publikum gediegen von daher sehr entspannte Atmosphäre im Hotel. Klare Empfehlung für eine Unterkunft in badenweiler.

Un superbe séjour dans cet établissement à l’occasion du Nouvel An. Personne très accueillante à notre arrivée, petit déjeuner complet, attention pour le réveillon (1 bouteille), mise à disposition d’un jeu en bois pour notre fils, horaires adaptés à Nouvel An, peignoirs pour aller aux thermes. Bref tout était parfait et nous ne pouvons que recommander ce très bel hôtel et la magnifique chambre 44 qui était spacieuse et confortable avec son grand balcon.

Nous avons eu une chambre côté château, tout en haut, avec un balcon. L’hôtel se situe dans une impasse et est sous la ruine du château, donc au calme . C’est décoré avec goût. Nous avons deux peignoirs à disposition pour les bains de Badenweiler. Il serait bienvenu d’indiquer par écrit dans la chambre qu’une bouilloire peut-être demandée à la réception et comment fonctionne le radiateur de la salle de bain. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Il y a la possibilité entre 14h et 16h de prendre un café/thé au niveau du restaurant, compris dans le prix de la chambre. Le personnel est agréable. Nous avons parlé en allemand. La carte KONUS qui permet d’utiliser les transports publics (bus+train) est comprise dans l’offre que nous avons utilisée.

Hier hat einfach alles gepasst. Wunderschöne Lage mitten im Park. Tolles Zimmer mit bequemen Bett. Sehr gutes Frühstück und netter Service. Wir haben schon für nächstes Jahr eine Suite gebucht und bringen Freunde mit weil wir es uneingeschränkt empfehlen können

Tolles Hotel, wunderschöner Garten, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Am Abend gibt es Tapas, wunderbare, frische Produkte, sehr gut zubereitet, in einem wunderschönen Esszimmer oder auf der Terasse. Sehr unkomplizierte Gastgeber. Wir kommen wieder.

Wir haben zu dritt 9 Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht. Man fühlt sich hier sehr wohl. Die Mitarbeiter empfangen und begleiten uns während des Aufenthalts sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Immer ist jemand ansprechbar. Herr Müller an der Rezeption sieht die Wünsche, die man hat, schon bevor man sie ausgesprochen hat. Vielen Dank dafür! Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und lichtdurchflutet. Alles ist da, was man braucht. Wir haben sehr gute Betten vorgefunden, in denen es sich bei der großen Ruhe im und um das Hotel sehr gut nächtigen lässt. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es wurde von den fleißigen Damen immer ausreichend nachgelegt oder Wünsche freundlich erfüllt. Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr sauber. Auch hier ein Lob an die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter. Sehr bequem und preiswert ist auch die Lademöglichkeit für E-Autos direkt am Hotel. Herr Luis als Inhaber hat mit seinem Team unsere Vorstellung zur vollsten Zufriedenheit erfüllt. Wir haben Sie bereits weiterempfohlen und werden dies auch weiterhin tun.

Wäre ich nicht am späten Abend, im Dunkeln angereist, hätte mich das Hotel sicher sofort verzaubert. So war das Auffinden des Hotels etwas schwierig, und die Rezeption nicht besetzt, was sich einfach merkwürdig anfühlt, auch wenn ich die Info Vorab hatte. Das für mich bereitgelegte Infopaket mit Zimmerschlüssel wartete auf mich am vereinbarten Ort. Das Zimmer klein, aber sehr fein, sehr sauber und gemütlich mit einem Balkon. Im Bad alles was man braucht! Gefehlt hat mir eine Hotelbar oder zumindest die Möglichkeit mir am Abend noch selbst einen Tee zu machen. Die Minibar ist gut gefüllt. Am morgen konnte ich dann einen großartigen Blick genießen. Wow! Ich bin noch immer begeistert! Die Rezeption war mit einem sehr freundlichen Herrn besetzt, das Frühstück hervorragend in tollem Ambiente innen, rundum mit herrlichem Blick und auch die Terasse lud zum Verweilen und einem weiteren Kaffee ein. Die Frühstücksdame war mega-freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gefühlt liegt das Hotel mitten im Kurpark, sehr ruhig und idyllisch! Ich kann verstehen, dass Gäste ein Restaurant oder eine Bar vermissen, aber vielleicht strahlt das Hotel gerade deswegen so eine wohltuende Ruhe aus! Ich bin begeistert. Und freu mich auf den nächsten Besuch!
