A good, comfortable room that I could book on very short notice for a decent price. Good WiFi connection and a clean bathroom. Easy automated check-in and checkout experience made it a very convenient stay even if it was a little further from central Amsterdam (but convenient for travel to the museums which are very close!)

It’s a hotel that satisfies both the needs of quiet sleep and busy entertainment and is a few bus stops away from the central location.

I recently stayed at Leonardo Hotel Amsterdam, and overall, it was a mixed experience. The check-in and check-out process was very fast, which was a great start. However, the first room I was given wasn’t up to standard, but to their credit, the staff quickly arranged a room change without any hassle. The customer service was great—very responsible and accommodating. I didn’t get the chance to use the hotel facilities, so I can’t comment on those. One downside was the location; while it’s accessible by train and tram, the walk from the station felt quite far, which can be inconvenient if you’re carrying luggage or exploring the city frequently. Overall, it’s a decent hotel with good service, but the location might not be the best choice if you prefer something more central.

Room was modern and very spacious for 3 people, resulting in good stay. Very welcoming hotel and decent size swimming pool to relax in too. Other positives were the friendliness of the neighbourhood and the good transport links to the centre of Amsterdam.

Vibrant hotel located at a convenient location right next to the metro station. Room is spacious and equipped with great amenities. Staff are lovely and helpful. Would highly recommend.

The hotel feels very energetic, clean and convenient to the supermarket! The subway station is not far away, but it takes almost half an hour to get to the city center! If you need to take a train to the airport, you only need to take one stop! However, the train station is quite far away, it takes more than 10 minutes to walk!

Love the energy and vibe of this place The front desk is so helpful and so knowledgable The breakfasts are such a wonderful way to start your day The rooms are clean though they did have some plumbing issues ( the water from the flush tank kept running ) but these are quick fixes I would definitely come back here again Yours Ryan

Location near the airport, no shuttle bus, but cost-effective, this is the second stay.

It’s a very nice and clean hotel.location is wonderful.only 5 minutes walk to metro goes every where including central.breakfast was so good.everything was good part from few things I need to point out.room service won’t clean the room in a morning unless you asked for it.we were told some time it can take until 5 o clock to clean the room and you comes back from outside and room still not cleaned.they asked for deposit to keep and this was something we didn’t know when we booked it.there was no information on there that they will asked for deposit to keep until we stayed but it will be returned when we leave.its about 50.00 euro a day.another thing is you have to pay extra to use swimming pool which I was shocked because this information wasn’t on the booking site.it did say extra to use spa but swimming wasn’t mentioned.it’s about 18.00 euro a day per person.
