酒店很有些年頭了，晚上洗澡發現沒熱水，有幾間房時而有，時而洗着洗着又沒有熱水了。好在洗臉枱有熱水，我們都衹能是擦身，好幾間房都是如此。房間小，設施陳舊，房間鎖也不能反鎖。前台服務員可能是太勞累了，服務質量不敢恭維，愛理不理的。總之，大家的入住感不太好。

前台美女服務態度好，房間總體設施也還不錯，性價比高，就是衞生間噴頭壞了，不知道為什麼沒更換，再就是免打擾服務沒有，本來要連住兩天，大早上的兩次有人刷房卡説搞衞生，被吵醒了。希望可以改進哦。

設施：有電梯，門口有免費停車場。
衞生：整體還算不錯，有旅遊團的時候就差很多，源於遊客的素質。
環境：位於巴東的第三層路，到江邊稍遠，但附近吃喝方便。
服務：前台服務還是很不錯的。
