We have booked room for 3 , TV was not working bed was not on install as well as staff was arrogant, we have booked room for garden view but view was other , staff was not co-operative at all I have update review on application

The staff behaved with is was terrible,room was stinking,during check in they made us to wait for an hour. Staff wer terrible,they made us to wait for checkin for one hour at he reception,the room was stinking,no TV,breakfast was not good,totally the experience was miserable.

Nice ambience, room is classic appearance bathroom is also large, separate balcony having dense coconut tree around just give inner peace. Staff are also friendly and welcoming

We booked a deluxe room for 2 days. It was disappointing stay the rooms given were not as shown in pictures. For simple water bottles have to call reception 5 times then it may get delivered. No blankets provided had to ask them repeatedly. it says 4 star resort but it looks like 2 star. Many amenties mentioned are not there at hotel. Eg, no parking available( they ask to park on road, for four wheelers it's difficult, no tv, no hot water, no dustbins in room, no cupboard just a makeshift rack.
