They offered us a tour /pool package for $280,and they requested cash. As we sat and waited , my oldest daughter started to get very ill. she got the chills, started burning up and felt nauseous. After waiting at the bar for an hour they told us that it was going to be even longer I informed them that we could not wait any longer and I requested a refund. I was told they didn't have my money , it was gone. They told me the boss took it to the bank already . Now mind you , this is in the middle of nowhere. We did not use their pools , we did nothing but wait and now they suddenly do not have our money and no one speaks English . I had to cause a horrific scene to try to get my money back , the Boss did not like that I was yelling at him and he chest bumped me , a woman, and my husband had to step in . When I tell you it was crazy, it was INSANE. Needless to say he would only give me back $200. I lost $80 for nothing. I highly suggest if you are an American or another foreign nationality , you stay away . This place is a scam !

Una excelente experiencia , gente muy amable , desde el dueño , hasta la persona encargada del transporte el Sr Theo , me encanto la cabalgata , estar al contacto con la naturaleza , las aguas termales y el barro volcánico , la comida muy buena,volveria otra vez 100% recomendado , gente muy educada y hospitalaria 👍

El lugar no está mal pero el servicio del restaurante no es muy bueno, me salió una mosca en la comida y la muchacha lo que me dijo es que como andan tantas moscas que seguro se me paró en la comida cuando la mosca venía entre la comida y mejor dicho que frita y cuando fui a cambiar el plato como que la que me atendió no le gustó.

Es un ambiente bonito, me quede decepcionada, porque pensé que valdría la pena, donde lastimosamente no, la atracción no se destaca como otros lugares de ambiente familiar, los precios dentro del restaurante son exageradamente caros, ni en un lugar como en tamarindo que concurren más extranjeros que nacionales había visto que tenías que pagar 7,000 colones por un casado, pero lo único que recalcó es que el chico Mauricio, da un buen servicio y da recomendaciones que ayudan a la elección de la comida Eso si no llevas tus propios insumos , hay áreas de parrillas y también pequeños bungalows para que puedas traer tu comida y/o hacértela y así no pagas un precio exagerado que no lo vale, esto es algo bueno ya que existen familias númerosas donde consumir en un restaurante sale muy caro y pues tienen esa flexibilidad, tal vez por eso le suben el precio.. Pero no creo que me gustaría volver a venir solo por calidad- precio Mauricio excelente persona ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

LA experiencia la experimente en el restaurante de este bello lugar en donde pude disfrutar de un excelente almuerzo. Incluia un buen precio y buen sabor de los alimentos con buena atencion y en un ambiente agradable.

Fui en familia a pasar un rato agradable y todo iba bien las piscinas bien pero las duchas de hombres por la entrada principal son un tugurio, de 4 solo una medio funcionaba algunas no tenían puertas, las duchas de las mujeres en estado deplorable, en las piscina no hay supervision algunas personas fumando y con botellas de vidrio dentro de las piscinas y por último nos acercamos al restaurante esperamos como 20 minutos y nadie nos atendió y nos tuvimos que ir, una lástima que los dueños no se percate que no es solo cobrar una entrada también deberían mejorar el servicio para así mantener una clientela satisfecha

mala estadía, llegue y no respetaron precio de mi reserva, tuve que pagar mas, no me dieron las habitaciones que había reservado trataron de darme unas de mejor calidad tuve que discutir con la administración para que lograran darme las habitaciones que había solicitado y confirmado en línea.
