This hotel is lovely in general. But needs improvement. Ita biggest advantage is that it has a private beach. A few steps from your room and you're by the lake. The hotel is very clean, but quite old fashioned. The shower room is big, but in itself is very small and not comfortable for a shower after a lake dip. Also for short people the choosing if shower head is impossible. The hotel has an AC in the rooms and halls only. The reception, lobby and dining room doesn't have any AC. In 38c it's tough. In our room the AC was extremely loud. To a point it woke us up at night. In the mornings the hotel turns it off on purpose. Both in the halls and the rooms. Which was making it a bit harsh to take our time in the morning before leaving for our day. The hotel serves a continental breakfast with not much variety. Though it was nice to see some gluten free products. Does it worth the 60€. Sadly no. It's important to mention I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone with a disability. There is no access. Only stairs, no lift and no ramps for wheel chairs or people with mobility problem. The location of the hotel is why the stay there is quite nice. 6 minutes drive from town, private beach, parking, very clean rooms and a, sweet kind staff. I just hope they will improve on the ac, showers, and accessibility that is important to allow more people to enjoy. It's not worth the 170€. But if some improvements will take place, it sure will. (curly gals pack a, hair conditioner, you'll need it btw)

The decoration is a bit TOO old, looks like we went back time, but besides that its a great place to stay! right by the lake with a private beach, beautiful view! The breakfast was good, with lots of options, the eggs were premade and a little cold, but overall great! the staff was super nice! very recommended

My favorite place in Bolsena. I often stay at this hotel for work and immediately felt at ease with the atmosphere and the entire staff. The property is furnished in a classic, elegant style. Another highlight is undoubtedly the beautiful view of Lake Bolsena, which can be enjoyed from both the dining room and the enormous terrace of the very clean and tidy rooms. The cuisine is unbeatable, offering local dishes from the land and lake, generous portions and superior quality. The quality is also reflected in the breakfast, with fresh, tasty products. The entire exterior is also meticulously maintained, with the lakeside beach, the pier, and the panoramic terrace. The owners are welcoming and kind, and you can sense their passion and love for their work and their establishment.

I'm sorry, but we (it was a group) didn't have a good experience. Beautiful and spacious room with a large balcony. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. The restaurant service was excellent, with attentive and prompt service at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The separation between the rooms and the restaurant on the S.S. Cassia road requires special attention due to the pedestrian crossing, which lacks zebra crossings and signage.
