Friendly staff(especially the morning receptionist lady)Very welcoming, free breakfast, very quiet. My only complaint is(maybe only the room I got) water pressure is weak and there is some molds in the window. But  I still recommend to stay in here.

The bathroom wasn’t clean and it was very dark. I felt a bit scared.

They must improve the rooms, very old furniture and poor condition that give a bad general appearance. It is not far from the center, friendly staff.

Atmosphere is very nice it is warm and welcoming. The room that we stayed is very clean with big space. Though our room is in first room on first floor and the kitchen staff are busy preparing for breakfast they maintained the place quiet and no noise that might bothered us in resting. The location is also just a walking distance to Burnham Park. And the food the we order aside from free breakfast is very great. They have a great chef and very accommodating, helpful and very polite staff.

Very affordable and accommodating staff. We are pleased with the room we were given. The location of the hotel was good too as it was near to burnham park and smacked in the middle of the city. They also provide delectable choices for their complimentary breakfast. Points for improvement though are the disinfectant used in the room is a bit strong if you are sensitive and also the water is a bit weak (considerable since we were staying in the third floor) but all in all, a superb stay especially considering the affordability.

The staffs were friendly and patient, the foods were delicious and the place is easily accessible and cozy. Will definitely stay here again!

Its quite near on Burnham Park, the room has a window for open air and feel the natural cold of Baguio has, and the area is so quiet good for relaxation. Staffs are nice and friendly, they also have delicious food for breakfast which includes on the payment and it really value for money. The place is also clean and neat, specially their in-house restaurant. Amazing!

We stayed in Room 101, and my only concern was that the door and walls weren’t soundproof, especially since the room is located near the cafeteria/dining area. We could clearly hear chairs being dragged, and at night the staff conversations were quite loud, so we didn’t get enough sleep. It may help if the staff could be reminded to be more mindful of noise, particularly for guests staying on the first floor. Adding felt pads or similar protectors to the chairs could also minimize the dragging noise. Other than that, the location was great and the food especially the Saturday buffet was amazing :)

Great people/staff. They have our room available even if we checked in super late. Thanks a lot! Good food too! Worth your money. The place is also quite. Near Burnham park, bus terminal, and many tourist spots.

Really enjoyed our stay here from Aug 21-23,2025! The Manager and front desk staff were super accommodating and friendly. Our room was very clean and comfy, plus they upgraded us for free which was such a nice surprise 🥰. Even after we checked out, they let us leave our baggage for a while which was really convenient. Overall, great service and a hassle-free stay. Would definitely come back when we visit Baguio again! 🌲
