Good location, room was OK clean,and spacious, staff are friendly and informative. But the worst problem was our room has no aricon, just ceiling fan and stand fan, my companion was difficult to sleep, we open the window night time, the good thing have this window screen, for me is OK the cool, but since my companion is European and 21c is still warm for him, I asked the host to have aircon room but cannot provide even have aircon room as we notice . Otherwise baguio is beautiful, foods are good affordable. We maybe back again, probably the same place but hoping we have aircon room next time.

To begin with, the location is great being a few steps away from Session Road where all the main activities happen, and a few steps away from Baguio Public Market. The room itself is clean and organized the only con is that the view by our window is the wall of the next bldg. Upon arrival, we were advised that there was no wifi service in the room during that time. The problem was data reached is also a challenge that we needed to go out of our room to access the internet which is not good. Also, the attendant is not responsive. we had been contacting her for days before our stay but our calls and text message were not answered.

The location is literally only a short stroll from several of Baguio's major attractions. Nearby are several excellent restaurants, a grocery store, a spa, and a salon. I've also seen a pharmacy for last-minute needs. You can practically take a taxi from the hotel's front area to the destination of your choice, making transportation there quite simple. Everything is in your grasp. The assistant was really kind when we checked in at 2:30. With security on duty around-the-clock, this place is quite secure. We are grateful for the cozy environment you have created at Sohpia's studio. Water, sippers, and toiletries are ready. I arrive with a dinner table ready and decorated in a friendly manner. You'll receive your money's worth. Tidy and comprehensive. And, we are especially grateful for the keychain you gave us, which will remind us of the joy we experienced in Baguio. We had an easy and pleasant trip. Very recommendable.

Best location since it’s a stone throw away from Session Road. The room smells a bit musty but charcoal can be found dispersed in the room to absorb it. I was unable to use the TV but the Wifi speed was good. Utensils and cooking supplies provided 😊

We had a hard time contacting the property when we wanted to inquire for an early check-in and when we have an issue with our actual check-in. Number listed always cannot be reached. Had an awful start since the unit coordinator took so long to accomodate us for our check-in. Only to find out that the unit was not cleaned yet and the beddings and trash from the previous stay was still there. Unit coordinator/owner took a lot of time to properly coordinate with the people who should be cleaning the unit which resulted to our plans for that day to be cancelled/adjusted. Too much of a hassle. Unit is fairly maintained but can be improved since ceiling fan and lights doesn't work. Some areas of the flooring appears to fall in and might cause incidents if one is not careful. Problems with the hot shower also encountered. It is important for owner/s of properties like this to properly maintain their units or to just remove the availability of poorly maintained ones to avoid inconvenience.

so **** of this hotel. once we go in the room, all light of the room was lighting, just like going to ghost house. then we go back to lobby ask for the staff, let see whether can change other room for us. they said no and will ask other remainting company to fix it. Then we just check out and book another hotel immediately. We just use 5 mins for this hotel only.

Location is very convenient, walking distance lang from session road, baguio public market, and burnham park. Madami ding restaurants, fast food chains and food stalls sa labas. Kulang lang sa kitchenwares pero pwede naman ata irequest sa Host. Pero will definitely book again, smooth ang check in and check out process and mabait din ni Miss Maris (Host)

I rented the hotel for my Fiancée. She said the communication was good, and everything in and around the hotel was very good. There were only 2 small/medium problems. 1. The internet kept cutting out, which made communication with my Fiancée during her stay extremely difficult. 2. The hot water was also finnicky and she couldn't get it to stay warm. Apart from this, everything I heard about the stay was fantastic! Hopefully soon the owner can get some of the minor problems fixed, as I was considering this as a stay for our honeymoon later this year, but now am not completely sure it is the best fit.

Great location! Terrible maintenance!

Our entry door and elevator didn't work at all. The water heater barely worked. Warm showers is not for me. Shower heads were filthy. Molds in the bathroom. Hardwood floors were scratched up and dirty. Toilet provision has half a roll for two days! Really! Linens and towels were clean but worn out. Door had broken door chain lock. Seat has a broken leg. No wifi code provided although I doubt if it even worked. Didnt try the TV. I had to look for a different hotel for our booking on the 1st. Cancelled that at ******* and expecting a full refund. Please don't give me that cancellation penalty. You should penalize this host for not maintening her unit and make us bear with it. We wanted a vacation not something to complain about and work with. The unit has a lot of potential but the host apparently ran down the place by not personally checking what is necessary to keep the unit in tip top condition. I've booked a lot at *******. If only I was able to book another hotel early yesterday, I would have vacated it too. Me and my wife had to frustratingly make the best of one of the worst stay. Sorry but you guys need to also verify your host's claims about their units for rent. So, in the end, I booked with you guys and your partly to blame. Their failure to provide good service is *******'s failure to provide a promised service. I said my side, it's up to you what you'll do. I still have a lot more upcoming bookings and it is my hope that this is the last time you hear me vent.

Accommodations were adequate. The customer service was poor since our handler was a dental technition who was working at her dental job. That was not a good fit for me. Our key did not work for the elevator we were told that it had not yet been updated, another inconvenience since we had to interrupt the security guards each time we entered the building to use the elevator just not the greatest customer service. The dental technician had to stop her job to take care of our request for service and she did that efficiently considering her dual jobs.

I really love the place it was so cozy. And the location was so great! I highly recommend this place! Thank you for hosting us.

We had a good time at the hotel. Staffs are helpful and the location of the hotel is perfect since it is near public market, burnham park and sm Baguio. I would definitely recommend this to my friends who are planning to visit baguio in the future.
