clean spacious room with plenty of amenities, great location, away from bustling traffics, super convenient, plenty of shaded spaces i always get to park right in fornt of the hotel. plenty of eateries, convenient stores nearby.

Booked a double room, but given a twin room - that's fine. Broken faucet, dirty kettle, creaky bed - just wanna rest the night, so its okay. Toothbrush, soap, shampoo - that's a plus. Grumpy check in reception, laid back checkout operator - maybe a norm. Overall, its for resting so should suffice. Wish the attendants could be more helpful and friendly, while the room booking followed to the book. I'm sorry, it might sound like a bad review, but its expected. Worth a ponder. Keep it up! 👍🏻👍🏻

The hotel got no lift. We need to use the staircase to go up to the rooms. Maybe for travellers without lots of luggage ok, but for us total of 12 persons with 2 kids, its troublesome.
We booked t rooms, 3 of the toilets lights was too dark. Asked receptions to change but reason given was no light bulp stocks. Rooms was abit smelly. No choice we just have to stay as hotel was full house.

It was a nice stay, but i wish next time they can provide more iron so that the guest don’t have to go downstairs. for example, maybe you can put the iron section in each floor. cuz imagine you are in floor two, you have to go downstairs just to iron the clothes. tiringgggg … btw overall ill give 3.5

Good for a short stay, cleanliness is 50/50..the toilet seat was a litte dirty and no shampoo or soap provided in the bathroom, room is okay.The only thing I value is privacy, location, room, staff service and cleanliness...for this hotel I could say its okay, each one balance the other. What I really love is there was a waiting place on the groundfloor, I get to sit there while waiting for my food being delivered instead of standing outside.
