The breakfast is very good, clean and hygienic, the price is affordable, and you can also get free laundry. The treatment is really good. I like it very much. I give it a thumbs up.

First, I want to give a thumbs-up to the receptionist and security guard that night. They were very welcoming. Next, I'm going to criticize the hotel manager. The air conditioning in the standard room my friend and I were assigned wasn't working. After reporting it to the front desk, they switched us to a king-size room, but it hadn't been cleaned and reeked of cigarette smoke. My friend and I went down to negotiate with the front desk. The front desk called the hotel manager around 2 a.m., and he initially said there were no rooms available. He refunded our money and told us to find another place. However, my friend and I had seen other websites offering slightly more expensive rooms for sale. This was truly infuriating. They'd rather kick us out than offer us a slightly more expensive suite when there were clearly rooms available. Is this the hotel's philosophy? Is this the image of Baicheng? After we exposed the situation, the hotel manager reluctantly said she would cover part of the price difference herself, but asked us to pay the remaining difference for the only available suite. The funny thing is, this is the first time I've heard of a hotel asking guests to pay the difference due to a guest's inability to check in. Furthermore, the price the manager offered was even more expensive than what we'd seen on other websites. This manager is truly deplorable. My friend and I ended up contemplating calling the police. Honestly, after all my years of staying in hotels, this is the first time I've ever considered calling the police! The experience was truly awful! Finally, after my friend and I'd repeatedly requested, they switched us to a suite with working air conditioning, free of charge. This is truly the worst hotel experience I've ever had, and the most utterly unservice-minded hotel manager I've ever encountered. I'll never stay at this hotel again if I ever return to Baicheng! Absolutely not!

The room environment is good, the location is good, the price/performance ratio is high, the city center is located, transportation is convenient, there is free breakfast, free parking, free car wash, recommended
