房間有煙味，就是縣城招待所，樓下全是汽車維修店之類。攜程定的收200元按金，房間擺一些廉價飲料之類。走之後，按金退回來少了10元，打電話問，説是我們消費了保健品。保健品會隨便吃？還敢吃10元那麼便宜的？
接電話的小姐説去調查，然後我告訴攜程，讓攜程去跟蹤調查。不是10元問題，而是我們根本不會消費。
半小時告訴我們清潔工搞錯了，需要加我微信退10元。這是什麼操作？直接退賬號不行嗎？説是扣了就不能退，豈有此理！

真是非常非常糟糕的酒店，前台那個維族胖女人感覺跟欠她錢一樣****，問她為啥還要收按金，她理都不帶理我的，****也不知道給誰看呢，房間裏很重很重的中葯味，然後第二天退房前台説按金原路返回，***交了兩百按金最後衹退了190，我啥都沒消費連咖啡都是我自己在樓下買的，扣按金也沒打電話告訴我為啥扣，真噁心，垃圾酒店，晦氣！晦氣！給0.5分都多了！
