We had an amazing time at Mango House. I would like to give the highest praise to Chef Mortada. He checked on the clients regularly to make sure we were happy with our food and service. He worked very hard. Also Anna and Thomas were excellent servers/waiters ! Very attentive. I would have rated this a 5 however the guest relations/front desk needs to improve. Ahmed was excellent and very helpful however whenever I called for assistance, the phone would ring forever and no one would answer. Additionally, when I called to ask if my car rental representative had arrived, I was told no (without anyone checking). My rental car representative was indeed at the hotel and was waiting for me to come pick up the car. I don’t know if guest relations is short staffed or what, but for the entire 6 days I was there, it was difficult to reach anyone for assistance.

An absolutely stunning resort, with the best team of staff I have ever encountered. The whole team went out of their way tirelessly to ensure we had the best possible holiday, and we did. Everything from the resort, to the food, to the facilities, to the atmosphere was absolutely perfect.

Great spot for drinks with a view. Amazing service from Vuddika, very friendly and fast service, goes above and beyond for the customers. Also very quiet by the beach. Hotel had great facilities and amazing food, great service by all staff at the resort.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The customer service was excellent, especially Anna at the pool, who was always there for us and made sure all our needs were taken care of. We also really enjoyed the Creole food at Moutya Restaurant, it was delicious and full of authentic flavor.
