Hotel is good. Service is excellent especially our assigned butler 小王管家（7号) who was very helpful, and thoughtful of our needs. Will stay here again on our next visit to changbaishan.

Overall, the hotel was decent. While it's an older property, the facilities are well-maintained. The breakfast, however, wasn't as good as what I've experienced at other Westin locations. It's conveniently located very close to Wanda Holiday Resort Town, just a few minutes' walk, making dining options easily accessible. We stayed in a suite, and the Trip.com agent was incredibly helpful!

The Westin is a well-established hotel, and its service is truly exceptional. Butler #7 was charming and incredibly helpful. Despite being built in 2012, the facilities are well-maintained. My main complaint, however, is that the lighting is far too dim! The breakfast spread was extensive and varied, and they even provided a complimentary breakfast for children. The room was good and the bed was massive, but the air conditioning wasn't very powerful. Fortunately, Changbai Mountain gets cool at night, so opening the balcony door allowed for a comfortable sleep. The illuminated lawn (which serves as a ski slope in winter) was a great spot for an evening jog; it was truly refreshing.
Pros: A wide range of activities, well-rounded facilities, and an excellent hotel location (though its proximity to the commercial street meant it could be a bit noisy). The breakfast spread was generous.
