先説結論：
總體來説性價比還是可以的，而且綜合體驗感不錯。
酒店設施：
大堂：喜來登的地板真的搓的很乾凈，全國各地都一樣。
房間：對房間挺滿意，因為所有設施都沒有問題，這就很難得。出門在外住酒店，最容易出問題的就是洗浴間，不是水温不靈敏就是燈光容易壞，或者吹風機不好使，反正總要出點問題。
房型：説是升級了，但是感覺和圖片上的使用面積看上去不是特別相符，不過高樓層景觀確實更好一些。
房間總體很滿意，床品、燈光設計、衞浴都可以。
套餐權益：
1、早餐種類不多，不過品質都還可以，有保障。黃麪條是東北特色，哏啾啾的。水果限量供應能理解，冰櫃裏拿出來要放一會但還是挺冷的。燕麥粥挺不錯。
2、雪卡確實划算，不過我們試營業期間入住，有很多訓練隊的也一起在滑。主要年紀大了水平又菜剛學，和他們一起練有壓力。
3、人少，就去漢拿山温泉試了下，還好，和網上風評對比沒那麼糟糕，可能和人少也有關係。如果下雪的話池邊也能有積雪。
4、説漂流沒開，衹能兑換鐵鍋燉套餐了。怎麼説呢，其實東西還可以，不比外面飯店的差，平均水平還是高的。
5、水樂園和雪樂園，20號才正式營業開放，這個就不是很滿意。因為套餐裏面寫了有的，結果到了沒有，要不提前寫好也能理解，到了再説沒有就很難受。
管家服務：
小輝經理還是比較積極的，響應及時迅速，溝通也很順暢愉快。善戰者無赫赫之功，少即是多。
唯一美中不足的就是權益使用的日期説明可以更詳盡一些。

住了三晚躺床上看了兩場日出，陽台景愛了愛了，酒店權益很多，玩了水樂園纜車滑車，温泉人太多放棄不如泡房間浴缸，自費參加了小鎮的騎行老把頭徒步挖人蔘活動，都非常推薦

酒店的位置堪稱“寶藏”，步行就能抵達滑雪場和各類娛樂項目，不用花費額外時間在路上，想玩隨時出發，對遊客來説格外省心。而真正讓這次旅程超出預期的，是禮賓部2號管家的超五星服務。從進門時主動接過行李、細緻講解設施，到全程“想在客人前面”：察覺我們想多休整，沒等開口就主動協調延遲退房；每日新鮮水果、特色零食從不間斷，連我們提過的娛樂項目，也悄悄備好雙份名額。每一個細節都透着貼心，完全把客人的需求放在了第一位。

整整一週的假期在這度過，各方面都非常滿意，尤其是服務，從入住前台幫忙各種提醒，給了很多小tips，然後餐廳的服務也非常到位，在酒店吃了兩頓晚餐自助，燒烤味道很不錯👍貼別感謝禮賓部2號管家，從啟程前就一直各種提醒，從接機到入住，各種遊玩項目提醒，從天氣到遊樂設施，無微不至！幫忙安排叫車和漂流項目等等，最幫忙的是因為回程飛機較晚，幫忙給超級延遲了退房🫰🏻這次假期在喜來登體驗超好！冬天一定再來👌

時間比較久的酒店，設施比較老舊，衞生一般，特別要説的是床品，和酒店實在不匹配，還不如快捷酒店，被罩和被芯一直分離狀態，被芯發黃還臟，被罩也不是純棉的，一種滌綸感，特別不好的感受。自助早餐也不太好吃。值得表揚的是，去天池回來晚了，很好的給了延遲退房。如果來長白山玩，還是建議多體驗下別的酒店。
